The location was fine, we received no breakfast due to the early flight.

The shuttle could be scheduled earlier for early flights we were informed after we booked that the shuttle would not start until 5 AM our flight was changed to 6:30 AM and Boston airport is very busy. We were able to leave with a flight crew early. We received no takeaway breakfast and were told this was not offered but the flight crew did receive a sack of food for breakfast. It was very difficult due to crowds to buy anything at the airport. We had to change our reservation from Fri. to Sat. night and the rate was increased by $100 costing a total of $350 too much for this location and type of hotel. We could hear walking above us in the evening and in the morning.

The hospitality and service of hotel staff was excellent, I want to thank very much cook and all staff who are responsible for the breakfast, the food was very tasty and fresh like the home made! I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friend!

Staff and hotel was great but HUGE defects in soundproofing. Doors slammed very very loud down the hallway, very noticeable banging from guests above our room. No fault to staff or guests, this is a building quality issue.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, clean rooms and common areas, great proximity to the airport.

The walk to the T was 15 minutes, making it tiring for our family to get downtown for sightseeing.

The location was ideal for attending a concert at Suffolk Downs. It was surprisingly quiet given the location so close to the airport.

This was actually our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it met all our needs. We will be back.

Room only cleaned if you stay more than 5 days. Shower drain got blocked informed reception, blocked again following day.

Airport shuttle was a joke. Had to wait up to an hour and no less than half an hour.

hope the frontdesk can pick up the phone call on time,it took quite long time to get connected after I have called three times in airport for shuttle, it gave me a misunderstanding that they stopped work that day, quite chilly, also one time called in room for service.

Modern look, clean room. The bar was nice and bartender was awesome.

The hotel was advertised as having long term parking available. When I asked the staff at the front desk I was told I had to use a different booking site to get that package. No exception it accommodation. Then, the shuttle to the airport did not start running until 5am, which makes catching a 5am flight impossible. So, on top of the room, I now have an equivalent parking charge to pay at the airport.

The location was perfect! We were celebrating a birthday weekend and had a lot of plans in the city of Boston. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff was very pleasant as well. When we come back to Boston we will be staying at this hotel again. Overall a nice hotel. Will be back!

th shuttle from the airport is almost impossible to catch when you are an international traveler and dont have a phone available to call. And they never answer by email when i requested the shuttle.

I thought they had a nice variety. They did not run out of anything.

Would have been better if they had 2 meat choices each day. Twice they only had bacon and I don't care for it. Also they had peppers in their eggs and I'm allergic. Needed to have them without also.
