The location is great!

The beds are very hard!

Great Hotel. Staff were helpful in booking excursions, and always willing to help. The room had recently been refurbished and was beautifully decorated. With views over the sea. The restaurant was a bit disappointing not having everything available on the menu but the food we had was good.

No pool. No lattes at breakfast!

Le déjeuner devrait être inclus dans le prix. Par contre il est inclus lorsque tu réserves directement avec l'hôtel.

A bit pricey. This is my first visit to Belize so it might be normal.

Even though the property is in the midst of a major renovation, this was a great place to stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. They upgraded our room and we felt spoiled. The restaurant was very nice. We had a fine dinner and great breakfast. Thank you! Well done.

The hotel was clean, safe and comfortable!! There is a great little restaurant at the top of the hotel which makes it convenient for dinner, especially since you probably don’t want to be walking around too far at night. Little icecream shop down the road was awesome! The hotel was incredibly clean, quiet and safe, everything I look for when I travel!

Surrounding area was a little rough at night, but I don’t think that’s anything the hotel can do to change that!

Location and staff were excellent!

Facility - specially the bathroom, etc,, needs updating as the hot water did not work and was tricky to operate!

Location is adjacent to the sea wall and easy to go for your morning walk. The restaurant is great and the prices are reasonable.

No daily service in the room. Our beds were not made, bathroom not spruced, coffee cups not cleaned/replaced

Great location, elevator for those that cannot manage stairs, clean room, interesting furniture, very nice staff

Paint fumes in the hall that week while painting.
