Spacious and bright
The room absolutely stunk of smoke, we didn’t realise until we came back after our evening out watching a show, and it was 11:30pm by this point. Explains why the windows were all open when we first checked in. We closed on exit for our evening out and were met with an awful stale smoke smell when we returned, that we then had to sleep amongst all night. I messaged out of hours that night and again in the morning. They apologised and passed to management but we haven’t had any compensation. It’s imoral to expect people to pay to sleep in that stench.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful & very clean and up too date. In a old mill building the staff are really helpfull also in the perfect location everything was in walking distance

Glass table is stupid, shower is incredibly slippery. Apartment smelt like cigarettes, behind the heater was a used condom tissues and a pack of cigarettes(once I noticed and told staff they cleaned it straight away but still should have been checked). bed is horrible

Clean spacious lovely man at reception on arrival 😀 polite well spoken excellent 👍🏼 will definitely stay here again! 3 of my friends have seen my snap videos ect & they will be booking soon too! Very modern had early check in aswell with no problems at all. Would actually live here forever if I could x

no breakfast served, it is an apartment not a hotel. The lift was fine and the premises was very clean. The response to most but not all requests were prompt too
It took days to get the cleaner to come and clean the apartment. Also, the shower in the bathroom was not working well, we lodged a complaint about it. Until we checked out of the apartment two weeks later, it was not attended to. The maintenance man never came.

Everything was lovely! Absolutely loved the bathroom was my favourite feature
The only problem was the bathroom remote didn’t work so could not turn the bathroom tv on.

We had a lovely stay at the Fletcher Apartment. The location was right next to the city centre which was a plus. The apartment was beautiful and clean and was everything that it was advertised as.
The apartment doesn’t have assigned parking. However there is a parking lot around a 4 mins walk away where parking is £2.50 for the whole day.

Strong metal stand fan was covered in dust I took off the cover and and had to wipe all the blades and had to use the dust pan and small broom to brush off all the dust from the fan grill cover then the sweep it all up off the floor and put the dust clumps in the bin now the fan is clean for the next person

The hygiene and cleanliness as amazing! Good space for a short stay, everything so close by as well as in city centre. Felt very safe and secure. The staff were friendly and always available! Very affordable price too. Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Room was also very cosy, the heaters heat up very well.

apartment smelt of fags, the fire alarms were switched off by the fuse box and it was so hot in the morning
not knowing about needing ID prior and the deposit, they should notify you when you book not a few hours before check in
