Good location within reasonable walking distance to the town.

No room to store clothes as cupboards were all full of owners own linen etc. Also drawers were overstocked with glasses, mugs etc and drawer in kitchen was broken which had been previously reported.

Clean and tidy

Loved the location and property backed onto a bush reserve

better than a motel, close to town, secure and private, secure parking

mattress a little hard for my comfort

This is a property where you have great facilitiies to cook - inside - or outside on the barbecue. We were very impressed with the gas hobs/oven, microwave and - then - the bbq outside.

This is a fabulous property. There is nothing not to like! Plenty of room - two bedrooms, plus a lounge and very large kitchen/diner. The property has lots of vintage artefacts and you can use them - or not - as you wish. There is lots to see and talk about - because you can be assured there is something in the house that is familiar to you, your family or grandparents.

Location was good. Not too far from anywhere.

Had a damp, mouldy smell when you walked in that pervaded the whole house. Reported to Sue who said they had a flood of some sort. I don’t think they dried it out enough To elevate the smell.
