Absolutely magical getaway with a stunning view of the forest. Loved everything from the artwork to the games and the presentation. The home itself smells beautiful and loved the personal touches such as the textured walls, framed artwork, fireplace and the beds were super comfy and warm. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel at home. Great little place to escape the world for the weekend.
Shower head in shower was broken so difficult to have a shower and shower curtain was old and stained and could be replaced.

the building and rooms were great and spacious. the kitchen had plenty of facilities. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
unfortunately the bathroom was badly renovated and the shower had broken tiles and damaged shower screen. the kitchen had wet cups and plates in the cupboard when we arrived. the games room is a separate building and could do with a update. the pool table was dirty with a few small tears and the dartboard was missing a dart. the floor in bedroom 1 has sunk and the bed could use a block under 1 corner as it felt like it sloped.

The location was perfect, and very quiet. The supplied breakfast + tea and coffee supplies were good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Somehow I never got the check-in process email, but having also found the Jazz on its own site I figured I had to check in at the motel next door.
Unfortunately there is a crack in the kitchen wall because of an earlier issue that is awaiting repair, the hosts were very apologetic about this (and it didn't affect our stay).
The house took some effort to heat in winter and the electric blankets were appreciated.

This was a beautiful historic home, it felt like we were living in a little piece of history. We loved the games room, the kids could not get enough of billiards/pool. The beds were super comfy and the electric blankets appreciated. The fireplace in the Lounge was a real treat, as was the supplied breakfast each morning.Kids loved the board games, scrabble and chess.

Location was great, good separated private area from the motel. Rooms were generally tidy and clean.
For a decent size house like that, some facilities were lacking, e.g. Dishwasher, second bathroom etc. It also showed its age, e.g. kitchen wasn't quite up to modern standard, it's not something you would expect to see in 2022. Some renovations could have been done to the property.

This property is in need of serious maintenance, the wall is cracked so badly at the kitchen sink the roof is leaking, one half of the building is slopping down.
Someone has taking the sign, so no indication you are at the right property.
The house otherwise, is well set up for visitors.

Breaky good, nice large size home with plenty of space, including great size Bedrooms.
Very comfy & clean.
Great separate entertainment room out the back for kids (and adults...)
The Bathroom is older original state & Shower Recess small, with Curtain style entry, wall tiles need attention.
Bathroom is ready for a New Renovation down the track soon.
Ceiling Fans would be a bonus addition to install down the track too.

Great property - plenty of room, comfortable, great range of breakfast supplies and extras such as books and games. Fabulous large property!
Bathroom/shower was a little small but there was an extra toilet which was very useful since it accommodates 4 double bedrooms

Great facilities. Great bar room with pool table and very spacious. Great for boys weekend or with the family.

It was very handy having breakfast provided. The beds were all really comfortable. It's a beautiful peaceful setting and house.
When we went to check in, there was an issue with how many rooms we had booked - I was under the impression that I had booked the whole house, which is what was on my booking form, but the staff at the motel where I picked up the keys thought I had only booked 2 rooms.
