Well designed large rooms with modern bathrooms and comfortable seating area. Lovely staff that went out of their way to help. Great breakfast
The rooms facing the street had a lot of traffic noise particularly on Saturday night. When we complained they offered a room at the back of the building that was quiet and comfortable

My stay at this property was fantastic. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly quiet, providing a wonderfully comfortable retreat. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. The central location made it incredibly easy to explore the area and access all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay.

good location, nice facilities, good shower and a decent breakfast.
the floor in the room could use a good scrub and mop, it wasn’t the cleanest. the room was located at the front of the hotel which meant that there was a lot of noise from the street.

Our tour to Chiclayo was enhanced by our experience at this famly run hotel. We were advised of good restaurants to eat during our stay. Breakfast in the charming terrace on the top floor was a highlight of the day. The coffee was the best we tasted during our stay in Peru. The hotel is an oasis of peace and tranquility while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening in the terrace. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Chiclayo.
