The hotel is beautiful and its location perfect ..the facilities woow i loved everything about it..super clean
Its a big hotel please invest on generator for loadshedding. My phone was not working 😕 i asked the receptionist but we even left before it was fixed..

The location was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular. The restaurant and pub downstairs were good with views to die for.
No fault of the venue but loadshedding occurred.

We had breakfast at the place next door in the mall.
I found it very disconcerting that from the inside you do not know if your door is locked or unlocked. I would prefer being able to lock the door from the inside.

Prime location with stunning staff. Easily accessible and close to everything.
The building needs mayor maintenance. Structural maintenance. Upgrades in the rooms was done 2 or 3 years ago, but does not look to good anymore.

We absolutely loved our time at the Pavilion and were sad to leave. Fantastic views. Great location close to strand beach, restaurants, shops, good base to explore surrounding areas.
The Friendliest people, who will always greet you with a smile and will do anything to help.

Only one negative - Be prepared the same Apartment is not guaranteed for your full duration. It’s assessed on a weekly basis so you could get moved to another apartment of the same size which is inconvenient if have to pack and move during your holiday. Booking.com did NOT inform us this could happen! Despite this I would stay there again as the positives outweigh this one negative. This does however need to be addressed.

right on the beach with the loveliest staff. nothing was too much trouble. location great for sightseeing. plenty of eating places within walking distance.

Soos wat die foto's lyk op die advertensie so lyk dit regtig by Pavilion. Personeel is vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ek kon regtig met niks fout vind nie.
Beveel die plek met 'n geruste hart aan.
