The rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. Good airconditioning and a ok ish mattress. Clean sheets and floor made us feel comfortable to stay. Also all the staff member were extremely friendly. Always smiling and taking the time to have a chat with you. Next day’s full English breakfast was superb! The carpet of the corridor between room felt a bit dirty.
The dinner. In the creamy vegetables soup we have found a worm. The tuna was very dry and tasteless. The chicken and pork tasted like it was going of. The fruits on the other hands were fresh and nice. The breakfast next day was very good. Full English breakfast and plenty of other choices. Personally I am not fan of Nescafé coffee but you can’t have it all.
The water of the swimming pool was salty and heavy chlorine, probably necessary due to the warm weather in combination with intens use. With a all-in concept you attract a ‘certain people’ with some exceptions. I mean the type who drink whole day lots of alcohol and it would not surprise me that they use a swim as a bathroom break. That’s ok for a holiday with friends but not with young children jaja!
Not the fault of the hotel but the beach was gross and not a nice surroundings to go for a walk.

The apartments are reasonable, good beds, enough space, and cleaned properly everyday.
The common areas, swimming pools area, and bar, are over croweded, and do not look that clean and not with very nice environment, decoration.

The staff were lovely and the pool area was always clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds available no matter what time you went down.
The food could of had more variety, the breakfast was the same everyday.

The personnel was really kind and helpful, the price rate (considering that was August) was optimal.
The room cleaning service was not the best, as they only remade the beds: shampoo bottles, and shower gel bottles were not changed, and the bathroom was not cleaned (hairs residuals from one day to another were still there). Also, even on request for double room with double bed, the bed was two singles that were stuck together.

the staff were not smiley, and the woman on the front desk at check in was very rude

Great hotel for our stay, breakfast had plenty of choice and was fresh. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels everyday.

Great location, everything was clean, breakfast simple but good even for a veggie. The reception were generally helpful. The kids parties were great for my son.
Pool a bit too busy for me but I understand its a big hotel so normal.

The location is great, the staff was nice and the breakfast was not bad
The room wasn't very clean, you can see it's an old building and some things should be repaired. Maybe for all inclusive it's a good place, it's full of activities but they all target English tourists.

The apartments are clean and comfortable. Towels are provided and basic things are present such as fridge and microwave etc. Air conditioning was essential and worked perfectly.
