From the moment we arrived, I knew this property was special. We absolutely loved the location and the home was perfect for summer living!!

We use to own a house in this area and after renting other houses in different locations, we were happy to return to this location where you are right on the beach. No long walk to get to the water. Brought back great memories for my daughters. It’s a great little neighborhood and I hope it remains that way.

We loved staying out at the beach! The location is unbeatable, there is nothing like being able to walk out your back door onto the beach. The house is clean and cozy and packed with beds so there’s plenty of room. Owners were super communicative and helpful!

This place is perfect for family’s with kids of all ages. We had a mixed group, and It worked amazingly. The little kids played right in the yard, or on the beach. While the big kids could venture off on their own, while the grandparents relaxed in the screened in porch. The beach stairs can be difficult, if someone is not too steady on their feet, or a small child. The house had “everything” we needed, for a family trip including games, beach towels, chairs, picnic table, a washer and dryer , and beach/ yard toys. It was a little noisy for sleeping in with no carpets and a bunch of kids, but with the crashing surf who can complain! FYI the horse flys were really bad but we knew to bring bug spray from previous stays in the area! Loved it!

We had a great week at the beach house, great weather, amazing house the owners are great to deal with . we caught some stripers off the beach my wife loved falling asleep listening to the waves hope to be back next year
