Beautiful, airy, flat in super convenient location. All mod cons. Friendly handover and handoff of keys.
We had a microwave that didn't work and a dishwasher that refused to run, we contacted Irais(our contact for the flat) and we were a bit taken aback when we were simply told "They do work!". When we finally managed to convince her and get a technician, he solved the dishwasher problem (The water supply had been turned off!) and he acknowledged that the microwave did not work. We were told to use the hob instead. Throughout this, Irais's whole attitude was very offhand, as if she was doing us a favour. Considering we had to waste two mornings of our holiday attempting to solve these problems, a simple apology would have been nice. It's a pity because this slightly soured a 10 out of 10 experience.
