Budoni is the right base for people wanting to explore the North and East of Sardegna and returning back to the location Budoni at least had a lot to offer such as shops, facilities and restaurants. Our host Paola was amazing at giving recommendations and also very kind to come late in the evening to help us get to her place. I will definitely stay at her place next year.

our host was very helfpull, gave us a lot of informations and was very uncomplicated, because our ferry was some hours late.

Nice place, Paola the host was super friendly, giving us lots of tips for the surrounding area. The rooms are new and the parking is good.

Very stylish and beautiful. Paola was also very nice, helpful and accommodating. Location was very central to the beach and to the city center with lots of restaurant options (although be mindful there is a bit of a hill to climb up if walking / biking). Property well-maintained and super clean!
Small rooms and sea view is if you step outside the room into the garden (not really visible from inside). But it’s a small thing as you honestly don’t find places as beautiful as this in the area. Also, had a slight overpayment issue that was not realised until after we had left. But I’m confident it will soon be resolved by both Paola and Booking.com 🤗

Amazing stay in the beautiful town of Budoni, at night the town is lively and has many good food options.
Hypnotic was amazing and very comfortable.
Paula was an amazing host that was always helpful and answered all our questions! 10/10

Very nice comfortable room with everything you need, very comfortable bed, beautiful terrace with the nice view. Nice small breakfast (coffee, water, croissant, but it was enough for us, usually we don't eat in the morning :-D ) in Cafe close by, like 2-3 min walk, city 5 min walk, beach 25 min walk. Owner (Paola) is very very nice and friendly, she explained us everything, gave us a lot of information about Budoni and a lot of advices, helped with the taxi etc. All was just perfect, we enjoyed the stay.
Trashcan could be a bit bigger, but we also just had a lot of bottles etc :-D

Totally awesome !!! Amazing and always helpful Paola, amazing room, amazing service. And calm? Great place - construction took place next to us, but inside there was nothing to hear :) Beautiful beaches within driving distance. I was really excited about the holiday here! I can recommend to everyone!

-Paola is a really great host, gave great recommendations for food etc. was always there to help and made our stay really nice. And super considerate and attentive.
-The apartment is max. 5 min walking from Cafes, shoppes, Restaurants etc and it is really quite and nice. The garden was made really nicely every fortnight and the room was super clean and well designed.
Little Tipp: don’t leave your towel etc. to dry over night otherwise they will be wet from the water sprinkler ;)
