Notre belle maison au bord du lac est parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou multi-familles. Dès l'instant où vous entrez, vous serez étonné par la vue! Notre maison spacieuse est répartie sur deux étages et comprend 4 chambres chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et vue sur le lac. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une spacieuse cuisine à aire ouverte, un coin repas et un salon avec un foyer au bois et une télévision grand écran. En outre, à ce niveau, deux des quatre chambres (1 lit king, 1 lit queen) avec salles de bains individuelles. Toutes ces pièces s'ouvrent sur un grand porche grillagé qui s'étend sur toute la longueur du niveau principal et comprend sa propre télévision.
L'étage inférieur comprend un salon supplémentaire avec cheminée, télévision grand écran et kitchenette. Ce niveau comprend deux chambres avec salles de bains attenantes (1 lit king, 1 lit queen). Sortez par les portes vitrées vers un grand espace couvert, des sièges supplémentaires et un foyer au gaz. Suivez le chemin pavé sur une courte distance jusqu'à notre quai couvert avec un seul glissement de bateau.
Nous sommes à seulement 20 minutes de Seneca pour faire du shopping et manger, à 30 minutes de Clemson (idéal pour les week-ends de football) et Anderson, et à 90 minutes d'Atlanta. Harbor Light Marina propose des locations de bateaux et est d'environ 3,5 miles par voie d'eau et 10 miles en voiture. Si vous aimez le golf, le parcours 18 trous de Chickasaw Point est à moins de 15 minutes.
Pour ceux qui ont une grande fête, nous avons une résidence secondaire (VRBO # 858455) et nous offrons une remise lors de la location des deux. Les deux maisons sont séparées par 5 autres maisons, ce qui facilite les allers-retours.

This is the 3rd year myself, friends and family have stayed at one of Debra & Ron’s properties. Each year is just as nice as the previous. Very lovely owners to deal with who answer any an all questions and go out of their way to make the guests feel very welcome. The property itself is fantastic and has everything you could possibly need. We look forward to returning again! Thanks

This review is late but absolutely necessary. We had a fantastic time here. The layout of this house is PERFECT! It was just two couples but this layout would be perfect for two couples with kids or four couples. The common areas are very comfortable and have everything you could need to keep busy for adults and kids. There were indoor and outdoor games.
The outdoor propane fire pit was perfect for gathering in the evening. The outdoor swing was one of the most comfortable places I have ever been (I am trying to talk my husband into building one for my back yard). We enjoyed the dock as well.
The location was perfect - on a point. The way the house is designed - when you sit out back, you feel like you are the only house in the area. It’s just gorgeous and the views of the sunset are beautiful.

Our stay at the Lake House was fantastic. Having the 2 levels made it nice for our son and his young family. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Enjoyed the outdoor furnitures and the view was awesome. The steps to the lake was easy walking and not very steep. Having no water equipment was a little inconvenient. Other than that all was great! We would stay there again.

We had a great long weekend staying on Lake Hartwell for Labor Day. It happened to be the start of football season. There was a TV for every game and lot of space to watch! The boys had TVs on with football upstairs and my daughter and I had a movie on downstairs! I love that every room has its own bathroom. The outdoor space is phenominal. Next year we are definitely going to rent a boat, though!

Fantastic set-up with a beautiful house on great water. long winding tight streets leading to the house for anyone pulling a trailer. Had a great time and everything listed/expected was there.

We stayed here for a week while moving our daughter into her new place for her senior year at Clemson. We did this before at a sister property which was amazing too! Not only did we move her in with ease and no stress, we also spent more time with her at this wonderful property enjoying all the amenities it had to offer! We fished, went tubing, and enjoyed the marina life, with our rented pontoon boat that we easily docked at the house, which by the way gave us the best views and sunset pictures. The house was decorated beautifully, was super clean and spacious which allowed us to entertain like we were at our own home. The owner was super accommodating and was easily available if needed. Our family members said it was one of the best vacations they have ever had and want to make it a tradition. We highly recommend!!!

The property is well maintained and the hosts were absolutely awesome. Very responsive and genuinely concerned that you enjoy your stay. The property is well appointed from having quality small appliances(such as a Kitchen Aid stand mixer) to provided beach towels and toiletries if you forgot them. The screened in porch was great. Even though there is a TV out there, you won’t need it with all there is to do. Very nice to have a second full size fridge and the two separate living areas. The big gas grill was awesome and a second tank was provided. Truly everything was thought of. Will look to visit this house again.

We had a wonderful time at the home! Each bedroom having its own bathroom worked out perfectly. It was also great for our family (grandparents and aunt/niece) to gather in the common area for games and meals. The upstairs screen porch also provided a beautiful view of the lake and was a nice place to relax. Our daughter and her friends enjoyed time on the dock and we were able to rent a boat for the day based on the owner's recommendation. The home was clean, looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great gathering place for our family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Clemson!

Very impressed and was perfect set up for our family, very clean, well furnished and liked the Christmas tree provided by the hosts. We were not disappointed in any way…only negative was coffee pot carafe was not the right for the drip coffee pot, caused an overflow but we improvised..

We spent Thanksgiving there and enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the porch, cooked a huge meal in the well equipped kitchen, and afterwards the boys watched football while the girls watched a movie in our separate living rooms. Plenty of space for a big family, nice furnishings, and very neat and clean.

This was our second stay at the house for a Clemson tailgate weekend. The house works perfectly for our group with 4 couples and 4 bedrooms with separate baths. The house is also amazingly kept and has all the amenities you could need. The catfish were biting right off of the dock, which for a group that loves to fish was a huge bonus. I see no reason not to return next year!

This house was perfect for us Clemson parents visiting our kids. The floor plan and updates are wonderful. We were very comfortable. We appreciated the extras that were there like paper towels, spices, and extra blankets. That was so helpful to have. We will definitely love to stay here again.

The view is fantastic from the verandas and there is so much open space inside between the 2 bedrooms on each floor.

Our Happy Place is truly that. This is the second year we have rented this house. Four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is perfect for our group of 8. Two king beds and 2 queen beds. The views are breathtaking. A very peaceful retreat.

The description of this place is spot on! Kitchen is well stocked, great family spaces, bedrooms were comfy with attached bathrooms that worked out great… but the lake/views were everything! We floated by the dock every day (water is deeper around the dock), watched the sunset on the days it didn’t rain and waves to boats as they passed by. Amazing! Thank you for the stay— we’re already talking about booking our next stay!

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed at! The house was clean, well stocked, well laid out and fun! Our children loved having family game night every night! It’s close to the boat ramp and has a wonderful lake view! We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent lake front property
This property and location exceeded our expectations! With 2 boat ramps close by, we had no issues getting our boat to the house by lake. The location was so convenient to some great restaurants (herschberger’s bakery is a must!).
The home was perfect! We couldn’t believe the space we had. Our boys stayed in the lower level and my husband and I stayed on main floor. We enjoyed coffee every single morning on the screened porch listening to the morning boat riders go by. And enjoyed late evenings out there as well! The walking path to the dock was easy and at night the lighted path helped in the dark. Beds were cozy and we stayed nice and cool at night. I could go on and on!! We will definitely rent again next year!

Great house
We have stayed at this house twice and it had been perfect for our annual family vacation on Lake Hartwell. Close to the marina, gas station/convenience store, great bbq restaurant, pizza place, and liquor store. The owners are very easy to work with and the house is perfect!

Best one yet
We have stayed at over a dozen different lake properties. Best one yet. House is great layout for families, dock with slip works good for boat. Best thing though is the back porch. House was clean and well appointed. Owner was very helpful. Cannot go wrong with this one.

Spring Break in the Mountains
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. This is our third time staying at this rental home. We came with our family for Spring Break. We took a day trip to downtown Greenville and had a great time! We also went to Toccoa Falls and loved the waterfall and hiking at Henderson Falls Park. We look forward to staying at this well kept and scenic property again with our children and grandchildren.
