Everything, the house was clean, all you need was provided. Fast internet, Great location, Comfortable beds. Kyle very responsive even he was very busy. :-) To not forget, underfloor heating in the bathroom a big plus +++++

As suggestion : Needs new cooking pans and pots, with suitable lids, I've managed improvising. Oven trays, needs a deep clean :-) covered them with cooking paper. :-)

Everything about this property is amazing. We absolutely loved it. The fireplace is the star of the cottage.

We liked everything but had a bit of trouble with parking the second car. As well, it would be nice to have better utensils and pans.

we love this stay. the location, walking distance to nearby restaurants and supermarket. A nice lake is nearby too. love the backyard but as it was winter we didn’t use it.

Great location for Snowdonia and amenities. Perfect property size for a family of 4 and dog. Would recommend others staying there.

It's in a great little spot on quite a quiet street. The house was very clean and cosy and great for 2 x couples. There was spare leads, a dog bed and bowls for the dogs which we thought was very sweet! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple meals, tea and coffee was available. There was also a secure little garden for the dogs to explore but the stairs up are quiet steep and wouldn't be suitable for older dogs or indeed people! The bathroom was lovely and the underfloor heating a nice extra as we're entering into winter! There was a good selection of books to read and the welcome pack gave great recommendations of what to do where to eat and what to see locally.

There was a wood burning stove in the living room but there was only one stick of kindling and one log with no log store so we couldn't put it on! There was also an 'honesty wine' system detailed in the welcome book where you could give £9 and take a bottle of wine if the shops were shut or you didn't want to venture out but there was none in the racking. Also, not a 'didn't like' but more of a 'would benefit from' is a mirror in each of the bedrooms. We were staying in the area for a party and the women had to do their hair and make up in the kitchen area where there was a mirror and plug. We also struggled to find the parking as the spray painted number on the ground had worn away and we arrived quite late at night. But none of these things would stop me from staying here again!

Location was perfect for our trip to Wales, would definitely stay here again! Garden was secure for our dog which is where we usually struggle when booking accommodation and have found previous 'pet friendly' accoms not accommodating at all. Snowdon Street was very pet friendly and it was a very nice touch to provide bowls and leads etc. The log burner and the use of Netflix also made the evenings really cosy and enjoyable! The parking was also opposite the house so was perfect for unloading and loading the car etc.

We were having to wash up plates and cutlery before use as there was still food on the plates etc that had been put back into the cupboard. Even a lump of what we believe was mango chutney on a dinner plate still... this was no hardship and is more on the previous holiday goers than the owner.

Lovely little spot, very clean for a dog friendly property which I was delighted about. Our daughter loved the little nook bed. Everything you need for a family stay really. The host agreed to let us arrive an hour early due to the heat and wanting to get the dog inside which I was very happy about.

Very little to complain about and it wouldnt stop us coming back-but: Due to heat we could have done with a fan Outside table would be good not being metal as we found it hot to touch and /or a parasol to use with it. We'd have loved some family games to play.

The cottage had a lovely homely feel and had everything you could need for a great stay. It's in the heart of Llanberis with great views and loads to do on the doorstep.

Keys collected and headed in. The visit was to climb Snowdon and the location was absolutely spot on. I brought my JRT dog (2.5yrs old) and though knowing dogs welcome, was pleasantly surprised to find bowls, bed, treats, leads and waste bags ready and waiting!

Definitely not a negative box… the property really did think of everything and the cottage was beautiful, comfortable and very, very clean; especially with pets allowed. They provided tea, coffee, sugar (and an alcohol honesty box); the one thing that would have been wonderful would have been a pint of milk in the fridge (and maybe a small loaf and some butter) to make that first shop non-essential.

Perfect location only 10 mins from the start of Llanberis path. Good access to takeaways, pub, shops etc. Lovely garden to sit in the sun and enjoy the views. 5 min walk to lake and playground. Lovely touches like Welsh cakes, tea, coffee and sugar. Very well fitted kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms good size for the 5 of us. Bathroom very nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

Better bbq, availability of iron and ironing board and a clothes line to dry clothes.
