PRIVATE PARKING AND QUIET
TOO SMALL ROOMS AND BATHROOM. ALSO WOODEN FLOOR IN BATHROOM AND BEDROOMS NOT GOOD. INADEQUATE WATER PRESSURE.

The house was clean, well appointed, stocked with essentials. The registration and further instructions were given in the email and worked just as per the instructions. Carlotta was available immediately on call and whatsapp too to sort out any query. There is a nice backyard with sitting space and plenty of space to hang out clothes.
The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, with a common bathroom. The bedrooms had enough open shelves to keep our stuff.
I was apprehensive initially reading some of the previous reviews and also seeing that the last review was about 9 months ago. However, I want to specifically share for future customers that the house is lovely, well maintained, in a nice location, and comfortable to stay in.
Nothing significant that we could not do without. The bathroom could have a few more hooks or a rack to keep our clothes for changing. There could be more black coffee pods :)

A very clean house with good facilities. A lot of unexpected things were available and very comfortable lounge with internet connected TV. Parking for two cars in front of the house was very useful.
The house is a little far from the town centre and public transport; it depends on what your needs are. The formalities for the booking are a little extreme.

Property was really better suited for just 2 people. 4 people couldn't eat together.

The location is great, very close to town and quiet. Good space outside and parking on driveway. Host responded quickly to any issues and resolved them. Beds were comfortable.
We felt that for the money the property was over priced. There was no salt, pepper or oil at the property (due to Covid however I can’t see how this is different to the coffee or washing up liquid provided) especially for cost of rental. The property has been decorated for rental however we felt that this wasn’t reflected in the costs. Each visitor needs a hand towel each, one for the household isn’t adequate (however upon request more towels were quickly delivered thank you). Sadly I think the hosts have had some bad experiences which have spoilt it somewhat for those of us who are genuinely good guests.

Very challenging to deal with. Stayed at the property on 3 occasions and after checkout on two occasions there was pety issues raised and photos sent, second time resulting in security deposit being kept. In my opinion, the owner was looking for reasons not to give back the security deposit, they checked the contents of the outdoor rubbish bin and sent photos of a couple of empty bottles, complained that they were alcohol bottles and complained that there was broken glass in the outdoor bin (which had been cleaned up and clearly disposed of) and removed the dirty washing from machine to inspect and complained about that too. I would also warn smokers that this is not the property to stay at as she said the security deposit was kept because of smoking on the premises despite this being outdoors. There is a strict no smoking policy (which I understand for inside the apartment) but you can't even smoke out doors on the premises at all.

Good facilities including off street parking, great WiFi. Was very clean. Neighbours and street very quiet.
Some cosmetic repairs needed inside (scrapes and holes in some paintwork). Double bedroom is tiny but that wasn’t unexpected.

The bed was so comfortable and it’s in convenient location in a quiet area. The decor is really nice the white and blue colour combination. It was clean and the facilities were easy to use and not complicated.
The bathroom plughole was stuck so water wasn’t going down. The wooden flooring made it quite cold. Staircase looks dangerous and especially wearing socks it’s slippery. It’s very dark at night so getting the key was difficult as there is no outside lighting. The bedroom with the double bed was too small and quite tight to move around. There should be more big bowls and possibly a mixing bowl. Also condiments that just stay in the cupboard as well as clingfilm and foil

Everything. There were 3 of us working away, with hotels not serving food and restaurants being shut. This house was perfect for us to rent for a few nights. I highly recommend this place and the company

Everything, host was so helpful. I Will be back if travelling to the area in future. In a very nice established residential area with a park full of trees behind the garden, neighbours very quiet, can easily fit two cars on the driveway, town within walking distance. Heaps of restaurants currently delivering as well. Kitchen has every pot pan spatula etc. required to cook. Property is as shown in photo's also so no surprises, very nicely put together.
