3 bedroom although the sheets upstairs were dirty with dry bugs on them and house keeping never brought clean ones and the washer had a leak and they told is we could not wash clothes.

Alligator in the pool and had to call someone. Air unit so loud we could not sleep. Leak in washed, could not wash clothes. Vents were rusty. Black marks on bed and walls.

Cleanliness

Villa was fine. Needed amenities card to see at restaurants within Seabrook Island.

Great property, updated bathrooms, clean kitchen with all appliances working well, close to the pool and beach walk at the end of the street, highly recommend for family beach getaway vacation as the beaches aren’t overly crowded

This place does have stairs to front door and up to the loft so beware if you have any issues going up and down stairs

Location of the house was great. House was perfectly clean and sanitized and ready to go for us! Kitchen update was nice.

House needs to be updated and could use some tlc. Ice maker wasn’t running, rusty chair broke as soon as we went to sit on them on the balcony, screen had a tear in it, some stains in the rug.

Close to ocean. Located in quiet area. Excellent restaurants in area. Golf course in excellent condition. Pools by Osprey Cafe and Grill were excellent. The beach was clean and sand was wonderful.

The dryer was broken, the towels and green sofa reeked with the smell of cigarettes, the glass entry door would not close, the shades in master bedroom would not open so using balcony was difficult , there were wasps in the loft, carpet in master bedroom was dirty, pictures in bathroom were broken and vents were rusty and looked unclean. Service did come and repair dryer. New towels were delivered. My email stating issues on day of arrival never was acknowledged. My phone call on second day resulted in new towels and the dryer being repaired. Swimming pool located near property didn’t look like photo and was not comfortable using.
