Very close to airport (walking distance), the check-in process was very easy. The room was well equipped. Walking distance to restaurants. I will definitely stay here every time I come through Cebu. Was perfect.

V close to the airport - only a few minutes drive (110 pesos in a Grab taxi). Reception staff were welcoming. Nice to have the option to buy noodles and drinks from the room and leave money in an honesty box. Supermarkets and places to eat all close by. Great place to stay for a layover.
I wouldn’t recommend walking here from the airport, despite it being relatively close. I did it when I arrived and the route is quite dangerous, along a dual carriageway.

Were stayed here for 1 night because we wanted to stay close to the airport. Well secured by guards. The building was on 10 min walk distance from a big mall. Its about 1.5km walking from airport so about 15 min walk or taxi for 100 pesos. Room was good for one night, no complaints

stays between Flight departure/ Arrivels
The Lobby guards were (except the Lady)
not really polite !!!
They are not able to register data and ask always the same questions.
As of foreigners are criminal people.
The building is constructed like a big hall.
If the guards receive friends from outside,
then they have a lot to talk without speaking low and no respect to guests
who need their sleep.
Here are two cultures meeting each other.
All owner of the Condos should reclaim that situation to avoid a lack of guests in the future
