Fair location, house is set up really well.
The house was extremely hot and despite the overview saying it had an air conditioner, I would say that is a bit of a stretch. The house was over 90 degrees when we arrived and remained that way until after dark with all fans, window units, etc. It was too hot inside during the day to stay at the house.

This place is a nice convenient spot to drive to stores, places, and airport. Also, this are of the town is more local & cultural than kona's touristy place.... Therefore, I like this place!
Nothing I didn't like except a tiny green gecko invited itself in the house which did no harm...haha...otherwise , overall a nice area and neighborhood.
