Cette villa est l'une des meilleures locations en bord de mer en PCB. Plus de 3000 pieds carrés élégante villa de style méditerranéen avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan partout; 3 balcons; construit en 2002 avec tout le nouveau décor 2012, un mobilier magnifique et élégant, y compris des téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre et un écran de 60 pieds dans le salon; grand pont avant du golfe (ce qui est essentiel pour la plupart des locataires) avec grill, incroyablement proche de l'océan; 3 lits King et 4 reines, bain à remous en maître, bureau d'ordinateur avec wifi, garage privé.
Cotton Sails est également situé dans une rue quelque peu isolée de Thomas Drive, ce qui entraîne moins de congestion sur la plage, et toujours à proximité de nombreux restaurants, épiceries, wall mart, home depot, lowes, marchés de fruits de mer, etc.

Our family was very grateful to find a beach home with such a beautiful view. However, there began to be a few issues that could not be overlooked. I do understand there are certain insects that are more common in different environments. However, this home did not appear to have been treated prior to our stay. We were also looking forward to utilizing the Jacuzzi, but we had to find out from the people coming to treat it during our stay that it had been converted into a pool and was not a Jacuzzi anymore- major bummer as this was something we were looking forward too! There were a few other housekeeping. maintenance and upgrade concerns that we all felt should have been handled prior to someone occupying- especially since we booked so far in advance but overall the view was by far the most satisfying thing of this stay.

Do not be nervous about booking with Ben’s Beach Houses. The property management company is amazing!! This house though, not so much. It needs major repairs. The management company quickly moved us to a better place when we voiced our concerns, and our long weekend was saved! But do not book this particular house unless the listing says renovated!
The best thing about this house is the view of the beach, but that doesn't really make up for everything else that is wrong….The deck is unsafe, the spa doesn’t work, and the entire house smells funny from what was probably water damage. It also all just seems older and dingy. The entertainment system actually fell on my husband (thankfully not one of our kids) when he barely knocked it trying to open a drawer. He’s ok, but that was the last straw for us. We had only been at the house a few hours and I knew we couldn’t stay there. But like I said earlier the management company heard our concerns and were amazing and moved us just down the street to a better property.
We would never book this house again but we would 100% book with Ben’s Beach Houses again!

The management company for this property is excellent and very responsive, but this beach house needs major work inside and out and a deep cleaning.

Check in easy. House huge with many stairs. Our Beagle was with us. Loved the deck was fenced and our pup was able to just lay out without a leash. The deck itself is a disaster waiting to happen but after we warned everyone we were all very careful. Disappointed that the jets in splash pool didnt work and that it was not heated. The picture is deceiving. I had asked the owner about the heat and he should have at that time also told me the jets were not active. The listing should specifically say that although there are jets in the picture they dont work and its not heated. The garage could use a code on the outside to make it easier to get in and out. The house itself was very nice and enjoyed the stay. Love the location on the east end. Much quieter and less congested. Loved that it was pet friendly. Had a small problem with a few bugs in the kitchen but i bought spray and let the owner know when we left and he apologized. I would rent from this owner again if he had a smaller house beachfront.

We were changed to a different unit due to maintenance issues. They told us a day before we left. We had 10 adults. These units are laid out very well for large groups. PM was helpful during this location change. Great beach! You are across the street from the Alibi bar. Music is loud at night. But we loved getting bloody Mary’s and bringing back to condo since it was 50 ft away.

Location was great, family enjoyed every minute. First time vacationing in September in 9 years, loved it , plan on going next September also. The house accommodated everyone very nicely, although some of the appliances need to be updated, the stove is probably be here since it was built in 2003. The cleaners do not do a great job the dust was at least 1inch think on bed room side lamps. Overall still a great vacation. John gover

This was a great home with plenty of room right on the beach. It made for a fun and restful time with family. Lots of sun and swimming. The plunge pool was perfect for the kids. Hopefully, we will be back.

Was worried about plunge pool not being big enough but it ended up being perfect. Adults would float in there, sometimes 5 at a time, after a long day at the beach. The kids, 9,7, & 4 loved it too. The center was as deep as our 4y/o granddaughters forehead. We loved the bar across the street. Their music was great and we had no issue with it at night. This place was close to everything and important for my family was the big fridge in garage for the spirits. Left indoor fridge for all the food.
Only complaint was that deck needs to be redone. Super foot splinter casualty, but we muddled through it. Supposedly it’s being redone after busy season. Beach was not scolding hot and was perfect. Every family within my kids families, had their own room/bathroom. Enjoy

Nice home, right on the beach. Something’s are dated but everything works as it should. We had a wonderful time and the plunge pool was a life saver due to the double red flags all week! The bar across the road was pretty loud in the evenings with the live music but we managed! Overall I recommend this rental for large group that’s not wanting to spend an arm and a leg to be right on the water with a pool.

The deck was a mess,but when we were there someone came to measure for a new deck. The refridgerator ice maker was broken also the garage door. Some of the cabinet doors in bedrooms would fall off. The whirlpool tub in master bath didnt work.

The house was clean and all bedrooms were as described in VRBO booking. We did have to call for maintenance for 3 of the toilets. Maintenance called to schedule the repair. Once on site all 3 toilets were fixed within 20 min. The kitchen was fairly well provisioned except for wine or martini glasses . All in all we had a really good time and would rent Cotton Sails again.

We booked this home for our family and friends and it was a perfect for our wedding week. Very accommodating. The outside furniture and decks could use a little updating, but other than that it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend for a perfect getaway. We will book again

We loved our stay at Cotton Sails. House was very clean upon arrival, spacious, plenty of rooms for our family and the location couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back!

Location was wonderful and key! Splash pool great for kids. Plenty of room for everyone to have own space. Great kitchen with lots of storage. Does have 3 levels so be prepared for stairs.

Been to PCB every summer or spring break for the past 20+ years and this is the first house we have rented on the beach.
LOCATION is amazing if you don’t want to be in the heavier traffic areas but quick access to get anywhere - this is the place!!
Alibi bar is directly across the street, major plus. Store is a quick walk or golf cart ride away as is a little Seafood market.
The inside of the house was very clean.
I will list the issues only because they can be fixed or addressed but our family will return to stay here again next summer.
- Maintenance needs to be done all throughout, small things you can tell have been “patched” and some poorly/quickly done and it shows.
- The covered porch area needs immediate maintenance as it does not shield any rain and you can see an abundance of water damage from each balcony/porch. Our items left under covered area were soaked. You can see a lot of water damage on the exterior of the house that needs to be addressed and inside the back sliding door.
- The deck boards need to be replaced or repaired from the house stairs to the beach stairs, one was extremely loose and could cause a serious injury.
- The pool, while a spa type is not huge but was perfect for kids to retreat to or everyone to hang out in while grilling. The jets do not work but it’s a great addition.
- The walkway from back deck to front of house needs some love, trash everywhere, discarded floats, umbrellas, toys etc. looks to have been hanging out there for a very long time.
- Kitchen was not as fully stocked as most places are, not saying bring your entire kitchen but if your looking to cook as much as we do (2-3 times per day everyday) you need your trusty tools at hand.
Again, we will stay here!! We state all of this in hopes these things will be addressed some of course can be done much quicker than others understandably so but for the rate, expectations are higher and owners should consider.

Good location right on beach - townhouse needs updating.
Great location. Right on the beach. Spa/pool worked out good. Townhouse is run down. Definitely needs an update. Appliances all worked but was old and rusting. Doesn’t look like this house has ever been updated since built in 2002. Despite everything we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Property
The location and amenities were great. The house was not super clean when we arrived but overall it was a great place. I loved the short drive to many restaurants, and how it was located right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again!
