Niché dans Oceanside Village, ce charmant maison pour 230 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain voyage Nous sommes très excités!!! Nous venons d'acheter ce bungalow de plage de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain à l'intérieur du village Oceanside souhaitable. Nous possédons le Bittern 2015 (Home Away # 7293397) depuis trois ans maintenant (DÉCOUVREZ NOS AVIS 5 ÉTOILES). Nous venons d'acheter 1963 Bittern Drive (quatre maisons plus loin). C'est une maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec une grande véranda grillagée donnant sur le parc et la piscine intérieure. Le parc à chiens à proximité, la piscine extérieure et la plage privée sont à quelques secondes à pied ou avec la voiturette de golf incluse. Nous effectuons des rénovations à l'intérieur de la maison et nous l'aurons prêt à louer d'ici le 1er mars 2020. Nous acceptons les réservations maintenant et mettrons à jour les photos à mesure que les rénovations seront terminées.

Great neighborhood. Pet friendly a plus.
I will say that there was a few issues that we had when we got there. I messaged Brian the owner and he had those problems taken care of by the next day. He was super nice and was appreciative of us making him aware of a few things.
We will probably be booking with him again.. so all in all we had a great week..

Great location, we loved the screened porch and side deck. Great location, across from the park for pets. The included golf cart is definitely a plus. We would definitely stay again.

The location is always great at Oceanside Village. As far as a premier host rating, I have had better. Usually you walk into a property with this rating and find hand soap, a decent amount of linens, clean floors, etc. This property had dirty floors which left our feet and socks black on the bottom. There was no handsoap, nothing to wash dishes with and parts of the floor that was ready to cave in. We paid a cleaning fee but was asked to wash the towels before we left. Central air was listed but there were window units since the central air could not handle the heat due to the age of the unit. The grill was disgusting, could not use it. There were no extra pillows. The owner was responsive and I sent him my concerns. would not stay at this property location again. Sorry.

The house was just as expected, any minor inconvenience Brian was right on it. We had a wonderful time, very clean, a lot is supplied to you!

This was pefect for our little family and two small dogs. The dog park is just across the street which was great. Golf cart was a huge bonus. Host was very responsive if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

DID NOT REALIZE THIS WAS NOT THROUGH ROSE REAL ESTATE, BUT IS PRIVATELY OWNED. THE OWNER, BRYAN CALLED ME BACK WITHIN A MINUTE. VERY HELPFUL, VERY NICE. LOVED THIS HOUSE. WAS PERFECT LOCATION, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND THE ADDED LUXURY OF THE GOLF CART WAS PERFECT. WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK.

Absolutely loved this rental! Loved the renovations that the owner recently done. Very clean and location is so close to the beach! Love the screened in porch. Our dogs love to sit out there in the evenings and watch every golf cart go by. The golf cart was awesome! It was so lovely just to be able to drive right to the beach within a few minutes. Close to everything! Will definitely be back to stay again!

clean , felt like home , everyone we met very friendly , a wonderful place to enjoy . I am 75 and my sister came over one day ,she is 83 , but she wants to get her family together there . Looking forward to coming back .

Great space with screened in porch overlooking the green area/ballfield/bark park. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach or take the golf cart. Oceanside Village feels super safe with security guard patrol at night. Delightful stay. Friendly neighborhood. Great space for your dog traveling companion.

Awesome house!!!
My family and my little dog enjoyed our stay. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need, and it's in a great location across from the park. Brian is an awesome host and very responsive to messages. I will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Hidden gem
Family and friend had a wonderful vacation the past 10 days. Screened in front porch was a great place to have breakfast in the morning and to sit and relax at night. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a bit of trouble with the golf cart and so the owner continued to work to get us one that was working. There has also been a change in furniture since the listing so make sure you're not planning on needing a pull out couch (that might have already been changed on the listing). It was frustrating that we arrived Saturday around 5:00 and could not get the pass that allowed us to the beach access. That's not on the owner though, that's a complaint against the community. That's a great little spot to stay with family and bring your dog to the beach!

Cute little place!
Great location and pet friendly! We used the enclosed porch every morning for coffee and played board games in the evening on it. Easy access to beach with golf cart is always a plus too. Had another great stay at Oceanside Village!

Tons of fun...great location!
We stayed for a week in Brian's home but we could have stayed all summer! Home was very clean and in a great location. Brian made sure to check on us and even helped put air in the bike tires so my teenage boys could ride around the neighborhood. First time to Oceanside Village and WE WILL BE BACK!

Great little vacation spot!
It was our first time staying at Oceanside Village. The community was very quaint. The house was in a nice quiet location, excellent for rest and peacefulness. The neighbors on each side were very nice and easy to talk to. There was an issue with the golf cart so we had to do without that feature. The owner made every attempt to get it repaired but it was difficult for the maintenance folks to figure out the problem. Other than the golf cart, our stay was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The entire process from start to finish was easy. The home was clean and well kept. Close to both pools and park and beach..i would recommend this property to anyone.
