The toilet seat slid back and forth & the lid Rattled HARD when it flushed! The curtains and walls had Stains & there was a problem with the heater/ac..... That was brought 2 the front desk attention ON THE 1st Night we checked in, but After he came & checked it Also he said: we could switch rooms; yet he would hv 2 get it cleaned..... Insinuating it WOULD take a long time & baSICKLY hinting that WE SHOULD SETTLE!!! ...& we were Already undressed & ready 4 bed; Soo I figured once I seen the Stains & the toilet seat was UNSTABLE & the seat Really didn't cover ALL of the porcelain rim.... We were dealing with Pointless Accommodations! 😥
& I didn't like how the bathroom light & fan WERE NOT SEPARATE SWITCHES like Other hotels & u CAN'T hear your partner from the other room!!!

I loved my stay. Everything was so clean and the staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were having a pleasant stay.
The location was perfect for our little weekend getaway.
Would stay here again.

On check in I was allowed to check in early as I was there for a funeral. But then the next day staff seemed very stressed and unprofessional. The coffee breakfast girl was very nice though.
It is very out of the way. Which might be ok if you need to be in that area of Denver

Comfortable, clean accommodations. Friendly front desk staff. My stay was for one night and I was given the option to make reasonable last minute changes to my booking.

Unlike many of the other Courtyards, there was no actual "Courtyard". By that I mean the large indoor space where guests can spend time with friends and colleagues.
Also, there was no complimentary breakfast. Some Courtyards, like the one in Colorado Springs, have awesome breakfasts as well as the Courtyard mentioned above.

The woman working the front desk on the early hours of December 22nd was extremely rude. She couldn’t find the reservation from booking.com so she made me get a new reservation at twice the price. She was extremely rude.

Comfortable, modern and friendly staff. Would stay again. Close to the shopping district was very convenient. Easy to access from the airport and plenty of undercover parking if you are driving your own car.
The breakfast options were quite simple, but nice enough for the price, paying somewhat for the convenient. Coffee was decent, not strong but again its nice to walk downstairs in the morning and its right there. Starbucks is so close too though, walking distance, maybe better value if you are purchasing food. So you have options!
