Suiteness lied about the hotel fees and won't honor the writing agreement after the fact despite them being clearly stated on the reservation.

Casino, lobby, atmosphere is always a huge thumbs up.
2nd night at our stay, there was a horrible smell coming from the vents/ac unit. It was so bad that we had to call in order to be moved rooms. Situation was handled poorly by staff. There was much confusion when switching our rooms regarding new room number and key situation. We were left waiting with all of our luggage in a random floor. Have always stayed at the venetian, will definitely look around for other hotels at my next stay.
