The size of the apartment, the quality and cleanliness of the apartment and the amazing meals. The staff could not do enough to assist and made the stay very memorable.

The excessive cost to use the pool (25 euro per person) and the fact children over 8 charged as adults.

A wonderful stay, quality services, professionalism and kindness from the staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and dinner served in the room, garage parking, excellent quality-price ratio, large and fully equipped deluxe two bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms, 3 smart QLED tv, sofa bed, dining area, sofa and armchairs, modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washer, refrigerator fully stocked with food and drink, microwave oven, electric oven, hood, coffee machine, glasses and plates.

It is a nice apartment, beautifully decorated, comfortable, 2 bathrooms, a fridge full of goodies and many bottles of wine :). What else could you ask from a host? :) Everything is covered by the hospitality of the host. Their soul is in the business and you feel it.

This was an incredible stay while visiting Poiana Brasov! The 3-bedroom apartment was perfect for our two small families - the bedrooms and living room were very spacious and we didn't feel crammed at all. By far our favorite amenity was walking in to a fully stocked fridge for our stay. While this is intended for breakfast, we had everything we needed for most lunches too! This was a huge benefit to not have to worry getting groceries/snacks for feeding the kids (and ourselves). We had fantastic views of the mountains and it was very easy to access the slopes when we wanted. We were glad to be out of the main area of Poiana Brasov, as it was very hectic there. We were in consistent contact with our host before and during our stay, and they were very responsive to any questions we had or things we needed throughout the trip. Thank you for this great stay!

While we enjoyed visiting the pool/spa, it was disappointing to find that it was not included. It was also much pricier than we expected (125 RON per adult per visit). Considering it's even cheaper to visit Therme outside Bucharest for cheaper than this, I think that making this price clearer and possibly coordinating a deal with Silver Mountains to lower the price would be much appreciated.

I recently stayed at Ana's Apartments and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The apartment was clean, modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The location was also great, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Overall, I had an excellent stay here and I look forward to staying there again in the future. .

It is the excellent spot for couple of days or why not longer break. The spacious apartment was warm and cosy and fully equipped. We instantly felt like at home. Fridge was full with groceries and drinks. Before check-in we were WhatsApp by the manager with all the necessary information to get to the right parking spot and to our room but even so, staff was sent to our car to welcome and brief us all the way to our apartment. Overall value for money and I am stating that from a 2 adults + 3 kids stay point of view Thanks guys !

Excellent apartment! We were surprised by the excellent and friendly service. For personal reasons, we had to cut our holiday short, and the kind Marius offered us food and water for the trip. Totally unexpected and thank him for that. Recommendations!

Can't fault anything about our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was great, the location is spot on... It was a fantastic experience and good value for money.

Really great apartment. very clean, quiet. we even arrived earlier and it was possible to make a early check-in. Very nice and friendly stuff. Plenty breakfast and dinner. i totally recommend it and we will be back.

The suit was spacious and with large terrase. The location was very good and it was nicely deigned. It also had underground parking. It was also very clean.

The fact that on booking it is presented as Silver Mountain and it can be misleading because we wanted to stay at silver mountain resort with swimming pool and spa, an this is only an aprtment, bought by someone, who is renting it, with no connection with the hotel (with spa and pool) In my opinion, if you hadn t been there anymore, you can t know that ana s apartment is not the hotel silver mountain but it is only an apartment within the residencial complex and it doesn t have access for pool and spa.. We only found out about it when we got there. Also, in the presentation on booking said half board (breakfast and dinner) and they didin t have a menu from which you can choose. We had to make our own breakfast whith what the put in the refrigerator. But the main problem was the fact that for dinner they only had one option of food (no dishes for vegetarians for example) and the brought it to us in the aprtment, in plastic caseroles. This is a thing that NEEDS to be highlighted on booking so people can know that they are going to it at the kitchen table, not in the hotel restaurant.
