The location, the views are perfect, even when washing up! The apt is bright, modern and spacious. Everything had been thought of. Lots to do in Saltburn by the Sea. The best location for bars and eateries is Milton Street. A great base for the surrounding areas too. The beach at Skinningrove is a hidden treasure, the sand sparkles. For your fix of arcades etc, Redcar is only down the road, and the huge clean beach has lots of fossils to find and rock pools. The apartment was a delight to return to though, we really felt at home.
Small thing, only affected me due to being epileptic, the TV (excellent picture and signal) had lights at the edge which changed as the background did. Looked cool (pimp my telly) but could be triggering if sensitive.

Nothing I don’t like about this property, my daughter and I love it! We’ve stayed before and will stay again.
If I have to say something the windows could do with a clean. I stay here mainly for the views so notice the windows. It’s difficult though being on the seafront and on third floor.

Self catering. Street parking was good as we could look out of the window and see our car.
Dingy entrance to apartment and stairs. Toilet and sink need fixing more securely to wall.

the apartment was very light and roomy with a fabulous view of the sea from the front windows. Great shower!
there were no instructions available to work the Hisense cooker and hob. As gas users we had to go to youtube to work itout!

comfortable and spacious. the provision of tea and washing up powder for the clothes washer was appreciated
hallway was grotty with rising damp on the ground level leaving flaked paint and plaster n the carpet.

The views were stunning, loved the privacy, no noise from neighbours, close to the beach, stylish decor, peaceful, very relaxing.

Great location and views, plenty of space & very good size for 2 people.
Good shower with plenty of hot water, and the flat soon heats up with an easy to use thermostat.
Plenty of cleaning products and shampoo and soap.
We felt it needed a little more attention to detail and with cleaning between guests. On the surface the apartment was clean but we had to spray bleach the fridge due to the smell of sour milk on arrival, and the microwave wasn’t very clean.
If you want to cook from scratch there are limited utensils.

Very good location, great view of the sea from breakfast table and sofa bed, comfortable space for family of 4. Tea/coffee and toiletries provided.
Only 2 towels provided and we were party of 4

Fab location, lovely view from living room window, flat was modern.
Sofa was not comfy and bed was not big enough could do with a coffee table or side table to put a cup on when watching tv.

A few stairs up but that's why you have a great view. Imagine if your unable to climb stairs it may be a problem.

Top floor, a lot of stairs and quite warm the first night.
