Very clean and spacious apartment in the center of Banos. Private parking nearby. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Close to town, host was helpful to accommodate my request to hang a round another hour after chekin because I had a zoom meeting. The apartment was very spacious and decent size kitchen and utencils.
The only reason I didn't give this 10 was becuase it would have been nice if we could have used the bath to soak in. It has water but only a shower mixer tap and then there is a dedicated shower also. This was not a deal breaker as the shower was adequite but would have been nice to have.

The location is great - just few minutes walk to the center but in a quiet neighbourhood. Private parking is available on site. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The host is very helpful and responsive. Provided good advice for restuarants and places to visit. Definitely recommended for a stay in Banos!
We were just missing hand / face towels. We only had big bath towels. The rest was perfect for our family!

The staff were great & very good communicators
There was a lot of work being carried out on an extention. The noise from 8am throughout the day was intolerable.

The apartment was clean and comfortable; we felt safe.
They failed to inform us before checking in that they would be doing construction work on the floor above by 8am so by 7:45am there was heavy hammering and construction workers talking out loud and that is unacceptable since we wanted to rest

we liked the size of the place, very roomy. The kitchen had the basic necessities, and the bathroom was large. The queen bed was comfortable, too.
The walls are thin, so you can hear noises before 8 a.m. The cable TV had a bad picture for every channel. There was nowhere to hang towels in the enormous bathroom. 🤷

Beautiful location
There is a big list of "golden rules" these include things like no alcohol. So you spend all this money on a nice place to relax but you can't even enjoy a beer or some wine with diner

Excellent wifi and location
I really didn't like this apartment. There is little privacy. If you leave the curtains open you can see right into the other windows. The apt was also very damp, and the wind was loud through the windows. There was an old dirty plastic fork under the coffee table and overall the apt was just outdated. The host was nice but not speaking english made it very difficult. My credit card didnt work on the booking and I had to pay cash.

It was very nice and clean, just like the pictures
The property was very nice, the transaction is not convenient for people out Ecuador, the owner wanted part of the amount with a transfer to his bank before you arrived, and the rest when once you are there. Fortunately my sister lives there and she did the deposit. They should do like other places where you pay with your card in the website or at the location.
