I liked the area of the beach

Leaking roof , hole in door, broken toilet and run down in general. No property manager to contact at all.

My guest contact, Melissa, was great and kept us up to date on stuff I needed to know and answered a couple questions almost immediately when I had one. Lot is nice, great view and very convenient to the ocean.

Everything about the actual home. The place is extremely outdated and ran down. The front door has a hole in the bottom of it probably 12" across and the doorknob was probably from 1990. Wasn't as concerned about the appearance nearly as much as the safety of my wife and I and our belongings. Ceiling started leaking rain water onto couch the morning we left, kitchen appliances are rusty and outdated, no dishwasher (didn't enjoy washing dishes by hand for 45 mins the last night), bathroom is old with a rusty faucet, toilet has to be 20+ years old (does have a $10.00 newer seat lol), shower drain is rusty, the laminate flooring has gaps in it ( poor labor job), bed mattresses are awful, nasty steps carpet, crown molding on ceiling is missing pieces, deck furniture is rusty, and deck needs to be treated. NO WAY would I ever think about staying there again under its current condition. I wouldn't pay the cheap, careless owner 5 bucks a night for that place!!!!

Location was great

Water had bad smell, lot of stairs

Short walk to the beach

Only 1 bathroom and didn't care for TV channel selections
