Deposit is high for the poor maintenance apartment like that and only to be return within 7 day after check out. All other homestay /hotel return deposit policy within a day not a week. Parking to be paid RM20 per day. Free parking outside and far. Towel not provided when checked in and only gets 2 when asked (my family is 6). No soap also.

Clean and comfortable
First, No reserve parking. Need to pay rm5 for 1 nights per car. Parking is near the post guard. Secondly, need to pay deposit rm200 and will refund after 7 days. Luckily nice agent which refund after 1 days check out.

Parking not included must pay rm200, to far from nights market...staf not friendly i don't know why...price not good value...i very very very very not recommend for everyone....please take action for attitude...

Location is good
Master bedroom shower not function well ,toilet at master bedroom not maintained well.Bulb Light in the house broken and replaced, House not clean very well during check in..Television already broken and not functioning well . Informed to worker but they ask me to pay because they think I did it. Done report police .

Location is good...easy access to restaurant etc....walking distance...view is wonderfull...
Water heater need to be replaced....not that hot at times ....blanket etc need new ones as all of it is worn off..... Bulbs need to be replace as some is blown off....gloomy too as using wrong type....despite all that I still will stay there again just for the sake of location....worth the price...🤩

1. old building with unfriendly structure, need to use some stairs while carrying big bag (very challenging for those with aching knee)

5. please provide electric kettle or whistling manual kettle... better if got microwave coz food get cold easily
