Nice apartment in a good central location. It was very clean and the linen and towels were excellent (also changed after 7 days) the garden area around the apartment was excellent. The equipment in the kitchen was very good, although no cork screw! The Wi-Fi worked well and was an important feature for us. Our contact Gundi was fantastic and responded very quickly to any questions we had and was also very quick to respond when we had a small problem. Certainly will use the company again but maybe use a different apartment on the complex.

When we arrived the smell in the apartment coming from the drains in the Bathroom was awful and took over a day to get rid of with all the windows open. It occurred on 3 or 4 other occasions but nowhere near as bad. It is this that would make us look towards using a different apartment next time

The beds were comfortable.

The 2 fans in the apartment were woefully inadequate. The bathroom had no ventilation or window so got unbearably hot. The kettle broke on the second day and had to be replaced. I could only use the washing machine once as there was a sewage smell when I used it - I did report it by email and was told the issue was passed to maintenance. I did not hear anything further on it.
