Modern fresh and very clean. Delighted with the level of care put into small touches like tea and coffee etc. Very well thought out..and the hosts were also very friendly.

Sofa bed in B3 is a double ,however due to a large dip in the middle, the roll together makes it impossible for two to sleep in, I slept on the floor

*EDIT* price was good and have no issues with holiday let prices going up and down as that's normal so the assumption I have an issue is untrue. Kitchen, flooring and bed mattress are good, bedding/linen was the issue Location and site good

*EDIT* I did mention the hairs on the bedding on Saturday but got no reply, the things I have mentioned are true with photos of proof, I'm glad you're going to look for yourself as this will confirm what I said. Bedding covered in hair's, floor freezing cold, electric cost me £2 in a little over 2 hours trying to warm it up so spent most of the time cold but still cost £12 approx in 3 nights, TV signal not great, didn't know about electric charges till after booking which to heat the property properly would of been very expensive, sofa dirty, sofa cushions constantly slide out, sofa arms can feel frame when lent on, cutlery broken, decking gate fitted badly, smoke alarm not working, couldn't work bathroom radiator, generally needs time spent sorting various small issues.

The location was known to us, and was easy to get to town.

The chalet was dirty, had old disgusting furniture, and the pillow and duvets were disgusting. The chalet smelt of dog and dirt and we were very unhappy with this chalet. My husband would not take his shoes off during this stay due to the cleanliness here. We had travelled 100 miles to spending the night, and it was NYE, so we had no choice but to stay, but I would urge other to think twice before booking this chalet.

Stayed in H3. Very cosy. All you need for a few days. I am glad the details were clear before I arrived that bed sheets and covers would need to be brought.

I recommend the cushion covers be washed... didn't bother me but I know some folks don't like that sort of thing so I thought I'd mention it.

Sue was a lovely woman who met us on time and was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and tidy parking for one car but plenty of additional parking on site. Close to activities but not loud or rowdy.

Not to keen on the prepayment meter as wasn’t aware until after I booked. Also the case with towels and linens needing extra to be provided.
