Fairly good . Although the toaster was not working, but staff were kind and tried their best to repair but could not.
BATHROOM TOWELS. VERY VERY DIRTY. IN ROOM DRINKING WATER . I SUGGEST PROVDE SEALED BOTTLES INSTEAD OF RO WATER WHICH IS VERY VERY RISKY

The hotel does not have its own transport facility. They deal with a 3rd party for transport which was very inconvenient. Everytime I had a request for the transportation, they asked me to wait for 10 mins to check the availability with the 3rd party and then they gave me the number to contact the 3rd party by myself. This was not even for tourism but for pickup and drop to a nearby place and airport.
Also they don't have liquor license.

Decent. Due to covid the choice is very limited
Can provide dental and shaving kit which is missing now. Refill of Water, coffee making sachets and sugar need to be verified by staff instead of customer is asking to fill
