The property was nice and location was good for us
I told the woman at the front desk I had already paid and she said she had to run the card again but if it was paid it wouldn’t be charged and that’s how booking.com does it. I didn’t think it sounded correct because I had prepaid at other places in the same road trip without encountering this. I was very tired after a 9 hour drive,I just accepted what she said thinking I could easily sort it out if she was wrong. Unfortunately, they are now ignoring my (3)messages. Trying to work with booking.com but no progress there either.

Loved the shower, and that the printing on the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was large enough to read.
The breakfast was lackluster. The orange juice was just water.

I love parking my motorcycle under the awning. The day time desk clerk is exceptional. She allowed us early check in to park under the awning just a great personality.
I wish they had a hot tub

Leslie the night duty receptionist was wonderful and went out of her way to be helpful. The bed was great.
Breakfast was sparse not a lot left at 8.15. Was 30 minutes before hot food was replenished

The shower was really nice.
We had a darkening shade for privacy and for outside lighting
No towels brought to room. We had to go to front desk and pick them up. Found out they only had one maid for 4 floors of a hotel!!
The worst part was they had ran out of coffee, so they ran the pot again with same filter causing the coffee to be very weak, YUCKY!!! I learned at checkout that they actually was putting decaf into the regular coffee as a replacement, but they were even running out of that! I was upset when told that by the desk clerk with whom I had to track down for my receipt at checkout!!! Very disappointed!!

The breakfast was very good. The facility was clean. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was an excellent choice at a good price. I always read guest reviews and it lived up to the excellent reviews.

The property is beautiful. Check In was quick and easy. The staff were amazing. Good hot breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was not being able to get a receipt. The staff said the printer was out of ink.
