The A/C worked well and the people that worked there were really friendly.

The room wasn't really clean, bathroom had hair all over the floor. Sink had some type of mold on the sides of the handles. Thank God we were only there for 2 nights instead of the 4 we had previously booked. I would not be staying here again. The location isn't convenient and the kitchen closed at 9pm!

Everything was perfect. I specifically liked that we could enter the bathroom two ways. Also the shrimp rolls are the bomb. Katie is the best bartender!

Wait staff Jay and Lisa made our stay most enjoyable with their island friendly banter. Would come back again knowing they were there.

The pool bar closes way too early. Keep their hours and plan for additional hours.

We booked this room for one night as we got in too late to get to St John. We booked for 6 people and asked for two cots. When we arrived there were no cots and the sheets for the pull ping couch were dirty. When we called to get more cots and new sheets we were told housekeeping was closed. I ended up having to drive back to the lobby and beg them in person to provide what we had booked. They said since you booked with a third party I needed to tell them directly in advance of our stay via phone that I needed the cots.

Dirty rooms. Unfriendly lobby staff. Booking via third party you don’t get what you requested at time of booking.

lots of stairs, low water pressure, waited 45 min for a breakfast sandwich because there was only one person in the cafe, and we were trying to catch a ferry

beyond the rooms needing a major refresh, when we arrived, we noticed the toilet was not cleaned, with noticeable urine and excrement on the seat. given this, we felt we could not trust that the room was cleaned properly. we called another hotel for a room and quickly checked out of this nightmare situation. the front desk staff was helpful in providing us with a full refund and apology. this could be a wonderful property, but the owners truly need to step up their quality game. this was obviously an unfortunate example of poor leadership and focus on customer service.

Sad, aging property fit only for a brief stay, for those with low expectations. Not for a vacation stay.

The staff were not nice. When we arrived late after dark to check in we could not receive the golf cart shuttle to our 4 rooms. We were fine with that! But they would not replace our free rum drink coupons (only 2!) that were left behind in our room when we schlepped back in the dark from our rioms to go to the bar after we checked in. I tried many options and promised to return the 2 passes left in my room in the morning! I just didnt want to take the long walk back to my room (alone) in the dark thru property that I was not familiar with! We just spent $1200 to spend one nite in 4 rooms and they were stingy about 2 free rum drink passes??? Ultimately unused because none of us liked the one we sampled anyway. They simply refused to replace even though less than one hour had passed since we checked in and were given the passes! Common sense DID NOT prevail even after I offered many easy solutions!

The rooms are extremely comfortable and love the fact that it has its own kitchen. Which helps alot for individuals who can't eat out especially for dietary concerns.

Location was good.

Bathroom shower tiles had mold. Drainage in tub not working. Condo furniture worn.

Location near town with a wonderful view. Nice pool and bar area.
