Die Lage ist innerhalb des Ortes. Im Hinterhof hat es e Strauße, die etwas Lärm machen. Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber ev. Andere. Die Bar in der Nähe war auch eher laut. Aber das ist schließlich ein Ort wo etwas läuft. Nervig war eher das Parkieren am Straßenrand. Neben der Hohen Gehsteigen, wo man sich das Auto zerkratzen kann, war die tägliche suche nach einem freien Parkplatz eher mühsam.

In der Wohnung hatte es Käfer, die wir nicht so toll fanden. 2 Habe ich zerklopft. Zum Glück waren wir auf die Küche nicht angewiesen.

Location very central. I traveled for a wedding and the Church was on the Square which was about a 2 minute walk.

Taxi took a while to find the apartment, however he stayed with me till I got in.

prefer this location as it’s quieter than Torrevejika and local amenities x

Location good. very bright & clean. good WiFi. TV. Nicely furnished.

Beds very hard and not comfortable. Lack of pillows, definitely need replacing & 2 pillows per person. Matching bed linen would be nicer in the twin room. The kitchen needs more items ie chopping board, more cups & bowls (only 3 of each). Also bowls for microwave.

Now the following is a statement of fact more than a compliant. If you own a business but decide to go to another country for 2 months then surely the person you decide to leave in charge of said business should be diligent and responsible !! Sadly this wasn’t the case when we arrived it took this person 30 mins to reply to our call and another 30 mins to arrive with the key leaving us stood on the street. Plus if one decides to give ones property the rather grandios title of la mata beach club at least it should have been on the beach as supposed to a place three streets back in a terrace block up two flights of stairs !! Whilst there we encountered a problem which I admit was of our own making once again aforementioned person was contacted to resolve problem but had decided to turn her phone off and go to bed !!!!!! Which if it hadn’t Been for the timely intervention of a relative we would have been left roaming the streets or sleeping on the beach which obviously is unacceptable !!

Very clean, big apartment, nice balcony, fully equipped, spacious, illuminated and near the bech and city center.

The staff didnt speak neither spanish nor english. The remote for air conditioner wasn’t working and no one helped us to fix it.
