The property was very clean and easily accessible.

quiet, in the middle of basically nowhere with a home like feeling.
there were bulbs in lamps that were broken and missing light bulbs, there was a light switch that was extremely cracked, the bathtub had a crack and was dirty looking, Also the privacy fence was missing.

Price is comparable to a hotel stay but you have so much more space, the comforts of home and privacy when you’re traveling with kids.
The pillows on the bed are horrible, too flat. investing in some better pillows would make a world of difference. Bed itself was comfortable.

The location was quiet and perfectly located for a stop to Florida from Texas. A number of good restaurants are within 10 minutes drive. Parking for 3 vehicles in front of the house, plenty of space to walk the dogs.
Stay away from the convenience store/gas station down the street. Cashiers are not friendly, the store is humid which made the purchases of wrapped goods soggy, yuk.

The attention to detail in accommodation was astounding. It really exceeded my expectations in a rental, the host went above and beyond. If we ever are in the area again most definitely would come again.
