1) Mrs. Bharathi Shetty (owner of the place) is a great, friendly and supportive host.
2) The locality of the property is quiet and has easy access to possibly everything that one might require during the stay/ trip.
3) The breakfast had a fixed menu but options were available and was always on time.
1) The property needs to focus on the cleanliness part of the room especially dusting.
2) There were small cockroaches in my washroom and it was spreading to the entire room. On my complaint, the owner of the property acknowledged the problem and took immediate action. As I was staying in the room pest control was not possible but then periodically she got hit spray done in my room.
3) No rack or any space in the washroom to keep our accessories.

We stayed for 3 days in this place. Had a very good and pleasant experience. All the staff were helpful and provided a very good services.

Everything was Great, quite locality, Ample Parking, Gracious Host. Gayatri Maam was like a family figure, bringing in a change in the otherwise heartless business of hotels. Great Going 👍🏻

The room was not clean at all. The linens were not properly washed. It had stains all over it. The size of the room was also very small. Not as shown in the pictures

The locality was decent
Cleanliness was worst. There were cockroaches in the room. No hand wash. Old curtains. Broken curtain rods. Television was in bad condition.

The location. When I reached near the Reliance Mart( that was the landmark shown in the address), I dialled the hotel phone to get the exact location. The direct hotel phone number wasn't accessible. Whenever I dialled the phone number , I was directed to an automated response system , which asked a few questions and then shut. It took me quite some time to reach hotel with the help of the local people.
The hotel management must provide the direct phone number of the particular property.

Good budget hotel, clean rooms & washroom. Centrally located. Everything required was near by. Wifi was fast could do my office work from hotel. Mrs. Bharati who manages the place was very helpful. Breakfast served was good. Room service was prompt. Overall a good place to stay & work. Would definitely be staying here again.
