Cet appartement est au second et dernier étage (toiture terrasse) avec ascenseur possédant un grand balcon de 16m2 surplombant la piscine, un second balcon plus petit avec barbecue attendant à la cuisine et une terrasse en toiture vue mer et panoramique parfait pour les couchers de soleil, de 31m2 avec accès direct au grand balcon entièrement équipée d un salon, table, barbecue et deux chaises longues.
A l intérieur vous apprécierez la cuisine entièrement équipée (four, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge + petits électroménager) avec plan snack pour 4 personnes.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The apartment was very clean and modern. The kitchen was supplied with all the equipment you need, and the supermarket next door was an added bonus. Paula was there when we arrived, and showed us through the apartment. Nathalie is an excellent host. She responded to all my questions promptly before arriving in Alvor. Once there, I was not in contact with her as everything was perfect. We look forward to returning in the future.

This apartment is spacious and very well appointed. It's a short walk in to Alvor town which was perfect for our needs .
Our daughter and her partner stayed there for 1 week and loved it. It's a credit to the owner and well worth staying in.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was as described. Fast responses with owner and we were met by the lovely Paula on arrival who was very helpful throughout our stay. The roof terrace was our favourite space.

It was nice to stay there
Was nt gone on the rugs on the floor for hygeine reasons and they didnt look clean
Rugs could be a place were ants would be attracted to and not seeable
The sun beds on the downstairs balcony were nt that comfortably at all or safe for adults
The cushions up on the roof were stained and could have done with a wash
They are only small things but make a difference
Hope you take this a positive feed back

The apartment was fantastic. Everything you could need. Location to village 2 minutes walk. The roof terrace was stunning. The only negative was that there was no sunbeds by the pool, however that did not stop us from enjoying the pool. We would definitely stay again

Just returned from a months stay in this beautiful apartment with everything you needed and more. We didnt take full advantage as we chose to eat out but could have easily cooked or BBQ,d full meals. Roof terrace is lovely and catches any breezes when around we had a heatwave and it was extremely hot up on the terrace. There is a parasol but it was unstable when it was breezy so a sail or other shade option would be a useful addition. Location is fabulous easy walk to the main area bars and restaurants and Alvor beach. Very safe accomodation good wi fi, air conditioning and safe is provided and no need to take your own haidryer as good one provided.even an umbrella and shopping trolley in apartment if needed

Just spent another superb seventeen days in Alvor. The apartment was just as we left it last year, everything very clean and tidy. Paula arrived exactly on time to give us access. The weather was similar to last year although slightly cooler but that suited us fine. Had a few visits to the Gastro Bar 13, excellent tapas restaurant. Tried the Indian Garden for the first time and enjoyed an excellent chicken bhuna.
Will be booking this one again once we’ve sorted out the dates. This apartment remains highly recommended. Paula was easy to contact if any problems but we had none. If you like self catering, the supermarket is well placed nearby.

Total overall, stay was great, location is very good, property is nice and clean. Rooftop terrace with river / sea view is big bonus.
Pingo Doce supermarket in next building is big plus too.
Only issue we had is inaccurate communication about check-in process. It took as some time to get contact of person in Alvor who allowed us access apartment.

Great Position in Alvor close to all amenities, facilities in the apartment were excellent, all utensils, plates. cups etc, were great. The TV did not have British programmes but this was a minor item.
The Roof terrace was very good and furniture adequate, table missing for the 4 chairs?? and the cushions in the chest container were below the standard to be expected i.e. faded and two had damp showing. Obviously stored away when wet.
But overall very very good.

Had 3 weeks in this apartment. It is the best equipped rental I’ve ever had. Everything supplied was as new . The kitchen has everything you need if you want to self cater .
The apartment was spotless when we arrived to be shown round by the lovely Paula , who was very helpful .
The rooftop terrace was completely private and had the sun all day . Good size pool which I had to myself when I wanted a swim .
The apartment was bigger than expected and was just right for us as a couple.
Great location for everything Alvor has to offer .

Paula who manages the apartment on behalf of the owner does an excellent job and is very easy to contact if necessary. A short stroll from the centre of the village, plenty places to eat and drink. The Yacht Club on the sea front became our “local”. Would definitely book this apartment again. We stayed first two weeks in May and the daily max temperature was around 24 degs C. Taxi booked via Algerserra Transfers and cost around €55 one way, Faro to Alvor. Location is next door to the Pingo Doce supermarket, making it easy to do the grocery shopping.

Very nice apartment and good location
This was very good place to stay for two senior golfers. Everything was good and clean and worked well. Roof terrace is fine with lovely views, but unfortunately the weather didn't favour us in this March.

The host was very pleasant and polite spoke good English any questions we had she was able to answer them, also suggested a few places to eat when we asked for recommendations. There was some building work next door but that was no problem, even when spending most of the time on the roof terrace. Quiet, small complex and very well maintained, short stroll to bins, Pingo Doce supermarket in the same complex and easy walk into town. Great relaxing stay and hopefully will be back again.

Apartamento moderno, super bem equipado, limpo, tranquilo, com uma excelente varanda para refeições com vista para a piscina e um "roof top" perfeito para jantares ou um drink ao final do dia. Recomendo vivamente para quem quer passar uns dias tranquilos numa boa localização, com pingo doce à porta e a
5 minutos de carro da praia (também pode fazer uma pequena caminhada mas como temos bebé fomos sempre de carro).

Lovely place to stay
We stay in Alvor every year and this year did not disappoint. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you need while you stay from the kitchen essentials to an ironing board and pool towels. Good location very close to the centre of Alvor with bars and restaurants. Roof Terrence is amazing huge with a sitting and dining area over looking the ocean in the distance. However as they are building another complex the Terrance also over looks this building work which am sure will be completed next year. The pool is very clean and a lot bigger then the pictures suggest but no loungers which I though would be a problem but as it is very clean and the grass is cut regularly so lying on the grass was not a huge problem. Will be booking again soon. Thanks for a lovely stay and we look forward to booking with you again.
