Caractéristiques de la propriété: Sunny Side Up est une maison de plage au 2ème rang située à quelques pas du sable et de l'océan. Profitez de la piscine privée ou détendez-vous sur l'un des trois ponts. La chambre principale a sa propre terrasse privée. Les équipements de cette maison comprennent une télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, une télévision connectée de 55 pouces dans le salon et une télévision supplémentaire dans le coin salon au deuxième étage. Il y a des lecteurs DVD pour regarder des films et Internet haute vitesse. (NOUVEAU en 2019) la piscine a été refaite, de nouvelles unités de CVC, de nouveaux appareils (cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, laveuse et sécheuse). La maison est très bien entretenue et confortable. Planchers de carreaux de céramique dans les espaces de vie et toutes les chambres.
Équipements de base Chauffage et climatisation centrale, laveuse et sécheuse et fer et planche à repasser. Commodités de cuisine bien approvisionnées qui comprennent: 2 cafetières, mixeur, grille-pain, Crock Pot, plaque chauffante, gaufrier, batteur à main, casseroles et poêles, théière, plateaux de service et plats et ustensiles. Des jeux de société familiaux et des DVD sont fournis pour votre usage.
Nous fournissons également une petite barre de savon à chaque lavabo, un rouleau de papier toilette dans chaque salle de bain et un sac poubelle dans chaque poubelle. Les clients doivent être prêts à fournir l'un de ces articles au besoin, au-delà de ce que nous fournissons. Les clients sont également responsables de fournir des détergents, des épices, du sel et du poivre, du sucre, etc., au besoin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Surfside Beach house! It was roomy and beautifully decorated, not overly done. Access to the beach was great! Our whole family said they would come back to this property.

This home is amazing!! Spacious home with plenty of room for our families to spread out. Clean and very well maintained. Owners provided thorough communication and were quick to respond to questions during our stay. Location is perfect and directly across the street from beach access. Literally a 1-2 minute walk. The highlight for us was the pool! Also very clean and stocked with rafts. Our 4 year old little girls had the time of their lives splashing around all day! Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories to last a lifetime!

We enjoyed this large home across from the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were large. The couches were comfy. The oversized bar and table provided plenty of seating. The pool was clean and was shaded in the afternoon. The access was right across the street, which was amazing. We had a great time.

Our group age ranged from 78 to 10. The house was perfectly located to the beach, literally across the street. The pool was such a treat and so clean. The house was fantastic and ALL the beds were comfortable, everyone said they slept great. The house is so roomy that the 11 of us never felt on top of each other. There was so much to do around the area, that you could get away with renting a golf carts and never really needing a car. We all agreed that we would stay again and again! Thanks Dorothy! 😀

The property was very enjoyable and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and privacy for all. The house was lovely and updated and bright. Great living room for relaxing and the large diner table was convenient for our group ranging from 2 to 70. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed. Pool had plenty of chairs and the grill was so handy. Outdoor shower and many beach chairs which was a nice surprise. The property owner was very responsive, friendly and professional. The location was great for beach access and local places to grab a bite. We had a great time.

Couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to the beach. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to relax and unwind for the week. The weather was unusual for the end of may--it was a tad cool several days--we enjoyed the beach more than the included pool, although the pool area was nice as well. We never had issues with kitchen appliances, accessories, dinnerware, cutlery, etc as plenty were provided for our whole party. We enjoyed renting a golf cart through Ajax and spent many evenings at the pier and local eateries. River City Cafe and Neal and Pam's were favorites! Thank you for allowing our family into your beautiful home. We hope to be back soon!

The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen was spacious, bedrooms had comfortable beds and linens, and pool was well maintained. The property manager, Dorothy was the absolute best to work with as she responded quickly to our questions. Loved the location and would definitely stay again!

Family Friendly Beach House
Very well appointed, nicely decorated, and comfortable beach house, Kids 7 to 12 and all adults enjoyed the pool and common areas of the house. TVS in all bedrooms perfect for retreating and enjoying alone time.

Amazing Beach House
This beach house was amazing!! Very clean and updated!! We had 12 people in our group ranging in ages from 66 to 8 and everyone was happy and we all had plenty of room!! Location to the beach could not have been better. Literally, the beach access is right across the street. We had 4 cars and there was plenty of room to park. Couldn’t have asked for a better week!! Dorothy was great to work with!!

This house is in the perfect location. Easy walk to beach or hang out in the pool. Short drive to murrell’s inlet and the Broadway. Great time with the family.

Dorothy is great to work with. I feel like I know her personally. House is perfect, has everything you could possibly need. Location is convenient. We had 10 people in the house and not once did I feel crowded. Extra pillows and blankets, air fryer….anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Drank my coffee on the balcony every morning. Pool was fabulous. House was clean, very clean! It was the best trip we have ever had to Myrtle Beach. Looking forward to next year!

This has to be the best rental I've had the pleasure of staying in in quite some time. It was literally stocked with everything you can even think of, including an air fryer. Dorothy is easy to communicate with and makes the process a breeze. Quick access to the beach and close to everything imaginable. Will definitely be renting again!

Perfect Family Vacation
This home was more than equipped to fit our large family! There were 13 of us and there was so much space for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and decorated very nice. The beach was directly across the street and so nice and relaxing, not too many people or to few! The pool was absolutely perfect for taking a dip after a long day at the beach! There were games galore to play with, beach equipment as well
( chairs) really all you need to bring is your clothes and your all set! I highly recommend this property and the owners were lovely to work with! We will be back!

From the private pool to the spacious kitchen furnished with everything you need to prepare any meal you would probably fix on vacation. The house is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and trendy decor. The owner was easy to contact and deal with. The house is a minute from the beach and just a few blocks from the grocery store. We had 2 vehicles and there was room to park both of them in the dry with plenty of room left over under the house. Also, we had plenty of hot water whenever we needed it. Surfside Beach is a good place to visit with a clean wide beach.

Great location, well stocked as far as dishes/utensils, nice pool, and would definitely recommend this beach house. The only negative was the loud neighbors after midnight.

The house is a minute from the beach and just a few blocks from the grocery store. We had 2 vehicles and there was room to park both of them in the dry with plenty of room left over under the house. Also, we had plenty of hot water whenever we needed it. Surfside Beach is a good place to visit with a clean wide beach.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dorothy's property in Surfside Beach! Having recently lost our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, our family needed a place to enjoy memories, laugh at funny stories, cry and simply love on each other as we started the grieving process. The house and location worked out beautifully.
The weather was not cooperative for beach time daily; however, the home offered plenty of space for twelve to play games, work on puzzles, and watch sports on tv. We found the kitchen to be well stocked which is very important to our group of armature chefs. We love cooking meals together and the kitchen space was ample for four to be chopping, rinsing, cooking, and laying out the spread of yummy pasta, local seafood, breakfast, etc. covering most all meals during our stay.
The pool was very clean and provided a place to float and relax as well as a fun spot for the kids.
Dorothy was absolutely amazing. She responded within a few minutes to each of our text message inquires.
Lastly, we hope to visit this property again very soon.
