This apartment was perfect for our needs, it was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything you'll need for a weekend away.We were attending a family wedding 8 miles away so the location was great. Local shops and takeaways were close by.
There was nothing we didn't like.

No breakfast included in as self contained.
The toilet cistern made a loud high pitch whine noise when flushed.

Not enough towels, no cafetiere no,decent corkscrew, no instructions for putting out rubbish, extension leads needed for reading lights

Everything we needed in a self contained flat for 2 weeks, cleaned and new towels changed regally.

It was very clean and well presented, ideally located for easy access to the surrounding facilities and I got a good night's sleep having secure parking and no noise from the street.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. If I had to pick a minor niggle it would be the door entry system was in need of some maintenance.

The flat was nice though didn’t match the photos on here (no corner sofa) which are probably for a different flat in the same building. All was clean. Good location for visiting relatives in Mansfield. Good secure allocated parking.
Main problem was Wi-Fi only worked in twin bedroom - it was patchy in the living room/kitchen and didn’t work at all in the main bedroom. Bathroom looked a little tired and needs a spruce up. No instructions for how to turn on the heating.

Spacious room with two bed rooms, living room and kitchen.
It is very hard to contact the property owner/service after an office hour.
In my case the wifi is not working around 8-9 pm and I need it for my work. However, there is no one answering my phone and my email at that time.
I am just wondering what will happen if someone check in late and cannnot get into the room but no one available to help him at that time.
Bathtub is broken.

Clean organised everything in place except our 2 bad points
No keys to the balcony and it was red hot 40 +that weekend this really made a difference between a great stay and a mediocre stay
Ironing board broken could iron a shirt for a big black tie event

Someone was already parked in the allocated space
Only a feather duvet on the main bed (allergic), no alternative in the cupboard

The decor was shabby, there were stains on the carpets, stains on the walls. The window pane in the lounge had a big crack through it and the other window pane was blown. Radiators were absolutely filthy.

Needs decorating....dirty dishes...lipstick on wine glasses... requested fresh towels by text no reply..no front door handle or lock so anyone could enter the hallway wont be using this accommodation again or recommending apartments
