poor insulation in apartment

Clear instructions and easy. The view from the apart was awesome. Good amount of kitchen tools.

Minimal taxi which made it very hard to get to and from the flat from train station. A nice employee was able to give us a ride up on the way there but the taxi flaked for our exit. Need better garbage drop or pick up. Needed garbage bags and paper towels.

the small city is very beautiful, the view from the apartment is amazing.

The view is fantastic, the apartment is clean with fancy stylish interior, comfortable beds, well-equipped furniture and modern kitchen.

The property was very clean, it smelled sooo good when I first entered in the apartment. The view was stunning, absolutely fabulous.

It is a bit hard to walk the hill, especially with the luggage. We didn’t have to do this because they arranged a car for us (I was with my 2 sisters and my parents, and they are 70 y/o). For my mum it was very discouraging to climb the hill to the apartment. For me it was fun, I really enjoyed it. We had no car, we arrived in Bellano by ferry. Late check in, from 16:00. We asked and we checked in earlier. At first, the communication with the person in charge was not so pleasing, but after a little while it was better.
