Our apartment was extremely clean and well equipped! Anel the property manager was very helpful and accommodating prior to and during our stay. A big bonus was the ability to use the spa located right next to the property! Would definitely return to Casa Wahh!

I would suggest a little more lighting in the common/lounge area of the apartment!

Spacious; comfortable beds; sufficiently stocked kitchen; lovely pools and picnic table; wonderful outside shower; Anel was a fantastic host - helpful at every turn.

Wifi could be better; the living room needs a lamp next to the couch so one can read (you have to put on the outside lights to be able to read your book in the evening).

Anel is a wonderful host who was always available if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed (Fully stocked kitchen, laundry washer/dryer, towels, extra blankets and pillows, private pool). Nearby you could find shops and restaurants (we loved Matcha Mama & Mamazul Mezcaleria - about 5-10 mins walk from the apartment)

The only thing we could think of would be that the lounge chairs are hard wood so cushions would be nice. But other than that, everything was great!

We had a bit of trouble using Netflix on the TV and there was some construction happening on the neighboring property but it was not too much of a problem.

I liked the peace and quiet the hotel/apartment was. It was extremely spacious and had more than enough room for all of us. I loved all of the wide windows that can open up all of the rooms too. Anel, the host of the hotel, was always available whenever we needed anything and made a point to correct any issues.

The hot water in the master bedroom didn’t work in the shower. The hot water in the second bathroom only lasted a few minutes so you had to take a quick shower or else. Some of the cutlery and pots were rusty. There was a weird odor at night in the master bedroom as well. This hotel is in a developing area so it’s a bit far away from all of the highlights around the city of Tulum. You will definitely need a car or bike to go anywhere. The closest restaurant has the only communal pool close to the hotel. Btw - that same restaurant is closed on tuesdays.

The apartment was spacious and spotless. The decor was pleasing. The staff was extremely accommodating and available.

The apartment is billed as a luxury rental. The nightly rate is that of a luxury rental. The amenities provided were not, however, luxurious. There was an overall lack of luxury and generosity. As the tap water is not drinkable, bottled water is needed. Upon our arrival, we were provided 4 eight ounce bottles of water for a family of four. Those are small bottles! After a full day of travel, a large supply of drinking water would be appreciated. Certainly a couple of liters would not be too costly to provide. The kitchen did not have paper towels or napkins. There were no spices except for salt and pepper. There were no cooking necessities provided. Upon arrival there was an empty fruit bowl with a tip envelope beside it. Hardly welcoming and definitely ungenerous. The pillows, sheets and bedding were low quality. If you opt for the apartment to be cleaned there is a $50.00 charge. And if you feel like cleaning yourself, there are no supplies to do so. Again, not in keeping with a luxury rental. The washing machine did not work. On the second day of our stay we tried to do laundry. The spin cycle would not work and we were left with a mess of wet, clothes. After a repair person looked at it, we were told it needed a new computer board which would not be delivered until after our departure. We were then offered use of a washer in another unit. Not fun dragging an armload of wet laundry to an upstairs apartment. We were then told that the washing machine was in fact working. When we tried it again, not so much. The staff graciously offered to do laundry for us. We declined. I requested that the management provide compensation for the inconveniences we encountered. They were unwilling to do so. All of this is to inform that for the price (and it is high) you will find better value for your stay.

Spacious, clean, and Anel was a real treasure! The restaurant was a pleasant and delicious surprise.

We did not have a car and it was too far (for us) to walk anywhere.

Amazing location to restaurants etc. Felt very safe as a family and so luxurious.

The single beds could do with an upgrade- they were a little on the hard side. One of our guests slept on the sofa as it was more comfortable

the pool could have been heated. additionally, the back door which led to our bathroom area couldn’t close as it was stuck between one of the wooden steps. BiG safety hazard as maintenance can easily walk in on you showering (there’s an outside bath tub and shower if you get the suite)

This place is even more gorgeous than in the photos. The huge living room, beautiful floor to ceiling windows that you can keep open with a screen, outdoor private bath and shower and comfortable beds. Everything was extremely clean! Anel was very helpful with anything we needed prior to and while we were there. They had someone clean the pools 3 or 4 times as well. The location was an easy taxi or car ride (we rented a car) to the beach, or great local restaurants. It was about 1.5 hours from the Cancun airport and was a really easy drive just down one road (307). We also used Avis which was a breeze, I've heard of horror stories with a lot of car rental places and i would highly recommend them. Driving can be a bit intense on the smaller roads so make sure you're comfortable driving if you plan to rent. They did take a 2000USD deposit since we had our own insurance but they gave it back to use once we returned the car. Security was 24/7 at the front of the lot and also in our building so we always felt safe but the area felt great too with lots of tourists. There were multiple backyards including the pool area, shower area and hammock area to hang. I would 100% re-book this place in an instance.

They are very strict about noise and we got 2 complaints just having a conversation with 2 friends in the kitchen at around 11:30PM, so if you're there to party, not the place for you. The private pool was a bit cold like other reviews said, but we were able to use it on hot days.

Beautiful condo with private deck top pool. The condo has door sliders that opened up to the living room and some rooms. brought the outside in. Has a fully stocked kitchen , open concept living space. Great for families to gather. Was at a perfect location. Everything was a 15 - 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride. What is great about this place is Anel who is there to help facilitate any and everything.

The beds in bedroom two and three were awful. Felt like you were sleeping on the floor or a box spring. Which took the whole experience of this beautiful condo away. They need to get better beds.
