Stayed here for long weekend in January. Loved location and was especially grateful for offstreet parking. Was exactly what we needed and would stay again.

Perfect place for a couple who are in DC to get out & sightsee. We felt safe on the walks to the Metro & it was quiet at night. Overall, very good experience.

Very comfortable stay in a precious neighborhood with easy walking access to everything you could want! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Cons: Instructions getting to the stay were confusing. Seems like you have to hope for parking in the front to be able to get through the apartment to open the garage in the back (need 2 people?). I was confused by that so needed to reach out to the host who answered quickly and opened the garage for us manually. It is VERY tight in the back alley for parking. Walls are a bit dirty in common areas of the apartment.
Pros: Centrally located, super cute neighborhood, friendly/quick to respond host, king bed, tv and working AC/Heating. Plenty of amenities, even coffee pods and pots and pans.
Overall stay went well. Just a bit of a rocky start due to instructions being slightly unclear. :) Thanks for the stay!

Check in process was very easy. Tommy was very responsive to any questions we had. Our stay was perfect the place was cozy and everything you need with supplies it was available. The restaurants, coffee shops and metro was walking distance.

We had a wonderful time here. Very clean, close to everything we needed, great hosts. Having a safe place to park our car was a bonus! We ended up using Uber to go to the museums and mall and left the car so we didn’t need to worry about parking. I will definitely look for availability at this location when we go back to DC.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Washington DC. We were located close to the sights, as well as restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was very safe and the residents were friendly. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, including a private parking location that came in very handy!

My family and I had a short stay here,but it was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location. It is close to all the sightseeing as well as the Nationals baseball stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the parking was a huge bonus. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need organized and labeled. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit DC.

Very nice location, super convenient to walk to the metro or the grocery store. Very safe area, spotlessly clean. 12 year old was totally comfortable on the couch in the living room. We really appreciated the private parking space which allowed us to securely leave our car for the day while we used the metro to get us to all the sights. Great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of four had a great stay here - it was in a nice neighborhood with close proximity to the metro and supermarkets. The kids slept on a comfortable blow up queen mattress and a foam single mattress and although it was cosy, we all slept very well. There were great appliances, good coffee machine and we appreciated the laundry facilities. All in all a perfect base to explore the sights of DC. Thank you for a great stay!

The unit is very neat and clean. The location is easy walk-in to a metro stop and in a family neighborhood. It is as described. Tommy is a great host. He was very responsive to any request s we made.

We had a lovely stay in D.C. This property was about a 30-45 minute walk or 10-15 minute Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I only wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Great VRBO in DC. Best part was the off street parking, not covered, but enclosed and locked. We parked the car 1st day and never used it until we left. Metro is a 10 min walk and will take you anywhere you want to go cheap and easy. Place was super clean and exactly as advertised.

The condo was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Thomas was there when we checked in, which was good, because we were given the wrong code to the door! The place is within easy walking distance of great restaurants and the metro. It was a delightful stay and we would do it again. Thanks, Thomas!

We had the pleasure of staying in this cozy basement apartment for 7 nights while we were in DC! Quiet neighborhood is very conveniently located to the Capitol, Eastern Market Metro station, a large Safeway grocery store, and a Trader Joe's. Quick ride to the Smithsonian Metro station to tour the museums. Well laid-out kitchen included what we needed to cook several lunches and dinners as well as Keurig coffee maker/pods for the mornings. Private parking was a plus, but there was also on-street parking available with a pass provided by the Host.

This quiet neighborhood isn’t lacking in charm or provisions to meet your needs. The private parking spot takes away all the stresses of parking and unloading. We were able to spend our days seeing DC and have a cozy space to unwind.

Wonderful place to stay! We could walk everywhere the grocery store was right up the street. Very clean, communication was great. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser to the bedroom other wise you have to live out of your suite case.

We had such a great visit to DC and this location was a huge part of that success. Communication was easy. Entry was easy. The apartment is very clean, has all the things you need (tv, wifi, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets and pillows, etc...), and feels super cozy. Additionally, one of our travelers has a heart condition and this location was such a gift. There are just a handful of steps to enter from the front and only two small steps for the back door. The parking spot (with closed gararge) was an amazing bonus. Truly cannot recommend this stay enough. We can't wait to come back!

Was in DC for a concert and this place was very convenient to the venue. It had all the amenities I needed after a long drive...especially the bed! The owners were very helpful in getting me inside. The code didn't work for me, but Peter quickly fixed that. A major plus was the private parking spot in the back. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to DC. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. 2 blocks from our daughters home. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The dedicated parking was an added bonus.

Communication was stellar. The ease of checking in was great. It was a perfect space for my husband, son and I. They had everything we needed and everything labeled. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy to walk to the Smithsonian or take the metro. Eastern market is super cute. Lots of places to eat and shop. I would 100% stay here again. We had a very memorable trip. My only complaint is that it wasn’t long enough.

This unit had everything we needed and included a nice layout, new appliances and was in a lovely neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. There were restaurants and groceries nearby and our daily trip into the Capitol by metro was easy. The off street parking was especially nice. We would stay here again!

We arrived to see all that the DC district had to offer. This location allowed us to park our vehicle (off street),and WALK to the Capitol, Whitehouse & all the monuments on the mall. After touring all day we would stop at a neighborhood resturant & return to this clean, quiet apartment to plan the next days activities.There is so much to see & do, we will definitely be returning to continue seeing Washington DC.
