RULES: Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. When you return the unit we will check the levels on the tanks to make sure they are empty. If we need to empty them there will be a fee of $50.00. No smoking in the unit. Putting anything other than human waste or toilet paper in the toilets will result in an extra cleaning fee. Awnings: We have disabled the use of the exterior awning. This is for your protection because they are expensive and can be damaged very easily due to weather or accidental misuse. Awnings ARE NOT COVERED by insurance. Damage to awnings, including damage while driving is the renters responsibility. Cleaning: Camper is expected to be returned in the same clean condition as when it was rented. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be caged when inside the RV due to the upholstery.
