The attention to detail was beautiful. Very well kept and high quality finishes and great facilities in the accomadation- Tea , Coffee, Muesli, milk etc. Felt homely and cosy with beautiful views of the lake. Although it's close to the owners property it feels very private.

Location amazing. Views of lake. So peaceful and private. Beautifully landscaped. Private entrance. Everything had been thought of to make it comfortable from heating, electric blankets, pantry staples, coffee machine and plunger, washing machine, dryer and iron, lovely bathroom products, cleaning supplies, spa pool. We arrived to a warm apartment, complimentary bubbles and chocolates plus fresh flowers in vase. Such beautiful touches. Hosts checked in but were respectful of our privacy. You will love your stay here. Warmly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this apartment for two days / we would’ve loved to stay longer. It was perfect and warm and very comfortable.

Lovely relaxing apartment with everything you need. Beautiful view and comfortable bed and furniture in a spacious private setting. You need a car as it is out of the main town area but we think that’s a plus. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

This is an exceptional property. Comfortable and luxurious. Very well equipped with a lovely outlook on the garden and lake. Our hosts Mike and Marie were friendly and helpful.

Lovely well-equipped apartment a short drive from the centre of Taupō. It had everything we needed and more, we really appreciated the washer and dryer to wash towels and bathing suits after a visit to DeBrett pools. Amazing views out on the lake! Comfortable bed and kitchen, well-stocked with coffee and tea. Would highly recommend for a stay near Taupō!!

The property is immaculately presented in a beautiful location over looking the lake. It’s incredibly clean with everything you could need for your stay. It’s a lovely place to relax after a big day exploring the area.

The apartment was like a little piece of heaven with great garden view. It was more than we expected and had everything we needed. Place was very well maintained and clean. It has comfy bed, nice little kitchen with free teas and coffee, lovely dining and lounge. Absolutely highly recommended for a peaceful quiet retreat in Taupo. Hosts were lovely and accommodating

beautifully set up, furnishings were lovely, very comfortable bed, fantastic location - view over the lake, quiet location, easy drive to the lake, local shops and Taupo itself.
All the little extras were a nice touch - so much nicer than a normal motel room, and so spacious.
We would love to have made use of the outdoor area / bbq, but it wasn’t the weather for it. very warm and cosy j side though!

Beautiful home, and so cosy and comfortable,it’s the perfect home away from home! I also love that the hosts use good nature traps in the garden, contributing to the local conservation and helping protect the bird life is amazing.

The bed was very uncomfortable.. old mattress. If that was replaced, we’d give it a 10 because everything else was just amazing!

A fabulous stay as it was quiet and peaceful along with everything you need in the apartment. The host has thought of every little thing which makes the stay perfect. The use of their spa at night also adds to it. We loved cooking on the bbq each night too.
