Notre location de vacances peut accueillir 8 personnes dans des lits, avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, 2 lits queen-size dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Le salon dispose d'une télévision par câble avec lecteur DVD. Les deux chambres ont également une télévision par câble.
La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et est séparée de la cuisine par une barre de petit déjeuner. La cuisine comprend tous les gros appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, également inclus la vaisselle, les couverts, etc. et une laveuse / sécheuse dans la zone utilitaire.

The unit was absolutely wonderful
. Beautiful layout and furnishings. We had a major issue with resort elevators. Thank goodness we were only on the 4th floor and were able to use the stairway. Two days both elevators were down most of the time. Then one was only repaired and was able to be used thd rest of our trip.

Nice place, great view, floor and furniture were filthy. Furniture is stained and needs cleaning, and don’t think the floor was ever mopped inside - the black feet told the story. Otherwise it was nice and as pictured/described.

The view from this condo is amazing. The beach access is great. The condo itself had a very strange smell to it. We even had to go to Walmart to buy a candle. The floors were so dirty it turned our socks and feet black. Food was found in the pullout bed and kitchen drawers. Several banged up walls. Seems this place could use a renovation.

I enjoyed this location, and the unit was very clean and updated. my family rented 5 units throughout the property this week and I was lucky enough to get the nicest condo of all of them. this is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, attractions and everything you need while on vacation.

My aunt and mom both had a condo in the same tower. their rooms were way more up-to-date and modern.

We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the property. However, I did reach out and they had someone out the next morning. Communication was great and we loved the condo and resort.
This is the 2nd time we have used ECDI for our rentals and they have always been amazing. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Enjoyed our stay! Location was great easy walk to gas station, gift stores along with couple places to eat. Elevators where quick no wait time. Parking was great for our oversized truck! Only down fall was floors and couches could use a little extra TLC. Kitchen was efficient had to buy some storage bowls would
Suggest bring some if you keep leftovers. On a personal note could use some deeper bowls for cereal or soups as they where really shallow. Over all our stay was great the views from the Condo was great and gonna pass this location to other family members. Would stay here again! Beach was not over populated in front of the building!

Long Beach is our favorite resort in PCB and this is a very comfortable condo. Nice furnishings and finishes and the unit was very clean.

The owners need to be aware that the cleaning service contract needs to be reviewed. Floors so sandy as soon as we arrived that we had to buy a broom. Sand was also on the dining room chairs. Then walking in bare feet for a few hours on the living room/bed room tile floor, the bottom on our feet were completely black. The shower curtain rod was solid rust in one of the bath rooms. We had to wipe down the kitchen countertops because they were so sticky...most of the steak knives had rust on them, the plates, forks and spoons had dried food on them. Cooking pans are completely worn out. Everything sticks to them even with cooking spray. Not sure why there is a cleaning fee. Location is good. Enjoyed the views, the beach, restaurants, etc. But, the lack of upkeep....will keep us from returning....we have stayed at many condos in the past and this one is at the bottom. Sorry, but if I owned the condo...I would want to know what my guests think.

The condo was perfect for my group of 8. The location is great being right next to Walmart and a lot of restaurants. The beach was awesome, as well as the pool. I would for sure return to this resort in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was a little tired, but everything was clean. We liked parking next the building and not having to park in ramp across the road. Perfect access to the beach with lots of places to eat and explore in the area. We would stay there again.

Overall our condo was great. The only issues we had were the sheets on the two bed room were too small for the mattresses. We had to keep putting the sheets back on. Also the commode in the second bathroom made the strangest noises all the time. Nothing that we couldn't handle! The view was beautiful from our 4th floor unit. We had a great time

Condo is in a great loaction and we enjoyed the amenities available on the property, however, the cleanliness of this condo was a big disappointment.Rugs were filthy, walls were dirty - looked like someone with dirty feet had laid on the bed and put their feet all over them, we covered the couches with the sheets to use on the couch bed, lamps broken/light bulbs blown, shower curtain in bathroom had black stains like it was molded. This condo needs a very good deep cleaning!

The location is good. easy to get to beach. door to guest br made noise(saw where this was mentioned in previous reviews) needs to be fixed. Door knob on guest bathroom loose. Mold on shower curtain liner(we just took it down and threw it away) The sliding door was almost impossible to open!!! (this was mentioned on previous reviews) need some attention. the dishwasher did not work!!!! but we made do! nice to have washer and dryer. over all we had a great time. we will stay at longbeach again but maybe not this unit.

When spending lots of hard earned money on a week beachfront getaway you are wanting a clean comfortable condo. This condo had multiple issues including mildew in bathtub, broken plugs, lights, and a dishwasher that did not function. After calling for assistance all week they did not return any messages or fix the issue. Why messages are not returned I do not understand, but I guess they do not need to since payment had been already received. This is unacceptable especially when we had to wash dishes all week around baseball games and beach time.

The location is great and the balcony is very large with nice durable furniture. The sliding glass door was not easy to open/close. The inside wasn’t comfortable and not clean. It would be a great idea to have a deep clean and maybe mattress pads on the beds with more comfortable bedding. The rugs were so filthy that we stepped over them.
The unit needs to be sprayed for roaches.

The dishwasher was broken (I emailed the company and they said they would send someone to fix it, but never did). I wouldn't expect to cook any meals here because the kitchen barely had any pans that were worth cooking in. The guest bedroom door was broken and made a loud noise every time you opened/closed it. The couch smelled like mildew.

Great location
