Cette maison de 2 étages Lake est un rêve de vacanciers en grand groupe comprenant 6 chambres et 6 salles de bains (chaque chambre a sa propre baignoire). 2 terrasses de 48 pieds de large (soit 1000 pieds carrés supplémentaires d'espace de vie pour votre plaisir), le tout avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et la montagne. Grande cuisine gastronomique, buanderie avec laveuse et 2 sécheuses. Dock de 2 étages avec slip couvert, meubles de dock et toboggan! Beaucoup de stationnement. Internet gratuit et interurbain et chariot de golf gratuit!
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une cheminée, un plancher dimensionnel, des plafonds voûtés, des comptoirs en granit, 2 lave-vaisselle, 2 fours et 2 grands réfrigérateurs en acier inoxydable et une machine à glaçons intégrée. Pour dîner, vous aurez 2 grandes tables à manger et un grand îlot / bar pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. La grande terrasse couverte pleine longueur surplombant le lac a avec de nouveaux meubles de patio et un barbecue à gaz de grande taille. Il y a 2 chambres à cet étage chacune avec un lit king-size qui permettent à toute personne ayant des problèmes de négocier des escaliers de se joindre au plaisir.
Le deuxième étage dispose d'une salle familiale avec télévision grand écran et canapés. Une chambre a un lit queen, Deux chambres à ce niveau ont des lits queen et lits superposés ainsi. La quatrième chambre a 2 lits superposés complets / complets avec un ayant un lit gigogne double. Sortez sur le grand pont couvert complet avec accès au bain à remous et au foyer. SkyFall was a fantastic place for our 2 families to get together. Plenty of space, everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need, and more than enough beds.
Michael was a wonderful host and the communication was top notch.
The road to the house is a little tight but can be navigated safely. We used the over flow parking to only have a truck at the house that could serve as a shuttle van for guests.

This place is beautiful!! Michael is the most responsive host- texted right back n answered any questions, gave us great suggestions.
The house is so nice- I’m thinking of building one similar in Deerfield down there. Super functional- 6 bedrooms n 6 baths with an upstairs great room and basement living room. Super comfortable couches…excellent beds n pillows- I even took a picture of the mattress n pillows they were so comfortable. Yes-2 of everything- refrigerators, ovens, dishwasher, outdoor grills, washer/ dryer. And we used them with 13 people; tons of dishes n silverware ; an amazing hot tub overlooking a majestic view of the jumping bridge that kids spent every evening in. However, the house is just the beginning.
The double deck dock is where we spent so much time. It is a 5 minute golf cart ride or a 15 minute walk to this amazing dock. My kids spent hours jumping off the dock , learning to fish n catching endless “ little “ fish, going down the slide n just hanging out in little blow up inflatables. There is a rope swing across the cove which was super fun. Definitely bring a lake mat or Sun Chill. The dock loses sun by 4 pm so we often just tied our Sun Chill mat to the dock n pushed it out in the sun til 7. It worked best with us with one large cooler we left at the dock n used several small coolers to transport food n drinks.

We had a great time! The views are awesome, the owner was responsive, and the house was clean with plenty of room for all of us. We rented a pontoon from Oasis and used it almost every day. They delivered it right to the Skyfall dock…and picked it up. Now the downsides. The roads to the house and the “driveway“ are washed out, very steep, and mostly loose rock (I.e., slippery). It made getting in and out of the house challenging. Only one of the double ovens worked which was frustrating with a lot of people. We talked to the owner several times about this, but it still wasn’t working when we left. It’s also not an easy ride to the dock. The provided golf cart gets the job done, but not without some slipping and sliding, but still better than having to walk 15 minutes one way on steep hills. We were told there was an ATV, but the owner was waiting for a part. An ATV would have made the trip to the dock a lot easier. Once you get to the dock, it’s a blast. We hung out there a lot! Overall, just 4 stars for us.

Our family had a lovely time at SkyFall! Beautiful house and well equipped. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and that worked great.

The home was nice with a large kitchen/extra appliances which was great for a large family. The deck was beautiful with a lovely view of the lake. Plenty of beds/baths. However, the community pool was not clean (porta potty only for restrooms there); the roads to the home were loose gravel with some washed out spots- some members of our family slipped/fell when exiting vehicles to get to the home due to the gravel and steepness of the hill in front of the home. The dock was a solid 15 minute walk (one-way) on steep hills and lose gravel. The golf cart helped but was touchy and could only carry 4 people at a time which was a challenge for a family of 15 with young kids and grandparents that could not manage the inclines/gravel. We did have some lovely evenings on the beautiful deck, but the terrain/roads and distance to the dock were more of a challenge that we anticipated.

We visited 5/3-5-7/2023 for my graduation weekend. The property was beautiful and set up in the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. I would note that the roads and parking area/general area in front of the house were gravel and set on a steep incline. This was no problem for us. Our family came from out of state in a truck and an SUV. They had no problems. We were in a rental mini-van. I would think a car would have a hard time navigating the roads and area in front of the house. Older adults may have some difficulty walking since the gravel can slide. It wasn’t an issue for us but worth noting for those looking to rent.
The views and location were breathtaking! Overall a perfect trip!!

The home is lovely with much more room than I expected. The kitchen is to die for! We had lots of folks together, but with the size of the house we never felt crowded or cramped. Everything was delightful, including the host.

Overall very happy. Kitchen and linens well stocked. Everything was very clean and in working order. The subdivision where the house is located is under developement. The majority of the drive to the house is paved with the exception of the last road (about a half mile). We went in late March, the road had not yet been graded for spring and, with the winter rain, the road directly in front of the house was pretty washed out. Also, when they say there is only parking for about 4 cars, that is 100% accurate. The views are beautiful. The dock is very nice. We had a great time!

Great place for large family gatherings. Lots of room and extra's like two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Views of the lake were amazing. The host graciously allowed us to check-out later as well. Will definitely come again. Thanks!!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Michael was very communicative and attentive. The property is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the added touch of a Christmas tree was the icing on the cake. We would definitely return.

Large home with plenty of room. Never found access to the water but it didn't matter because it's December. The driveway is kinda sketchy but nothing we couldn't overcome. Overall we were very pleased.

We had a terrific time gathering with friends and family for our annual Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfect for our group of 11 adults. I think we will be forever spoiled by your double kitchen amenities (2 dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, dining tables!) and private bathrooms for all 6 bedrooms! We were sorry the golf cart was out of commission as one in our party had a walking cast and wasn’t able to enjoy the surroundings as much. Also, we wished there were extra blankets for the cool November nights. We did ask Michael for some extras, but we never got a response to our message. Other thank that- our visit was excellent! We used the hot tub, campfire pit, lounging decks, grills, and entertainment systems to great advantage. We highly recommend the property and hope to return in 2023!

The owner definitely gets 5 stars. He was extremely responsive. We had some problems with he wifi and the house was not clean when we arrived, but he tended to our needs quickly. Be careful with the golf cart as it had some steering issues on the steep and rutted roads.
The view from the upper deck is amazing and the dock with the slide is the best part!!! The house was very accommodating for 16 people. I would recommend if you have a large group.

When we booked this property, we were under the assumption that our dock was only a few short steps from the backyard down a gravel path. It is not even close to that. My son used our phone to track the distance, and it’s 3/4 of a mile to the dock on the golf cart through washed out and gouged out trails. We traveled those paths with a golf cart that was broken for the entire trip, and could only safely handle one person at a time. Completely worthless for a house that holds large groups. The owner attempted to fix it during our stay but couldn’t get the parts and never offered to rent a safe replacement for us. The house was decent and a good size for our large party, but we were just sorely disappointed in the location of the house to the dock and the effort it took to get a larger group there.

Great vacation!
We enjoyed our stay at Skyfall and our first visit to Lake Norris! The property fit all of our needs for a group of 13 - large kitchen/dining area, two living rooms, two spacious balconies, and each bedroom had an en-suite bath. Having double appliances was extremely helpful for our family meals. The views from the decks are unmatched, and the hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities! The only down side was the distance between the home and the dock, but we happily made it work. We shuttled some people by vehicle down to the boat launch to walk to the dock and then drove to Sugar Hollow marina with all of our gear and those who weren't able to navigate the steep hills. It was a quick boat ride between the marina and the dock. The golf cart was only able to safely accommodate 2-3 people, but it was a nice option to have if anyone needed to go back to the house in the middle of the day. The double story dock is great and in a perfect location. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness and clearness of the lake water. We fortunately had 2 vehicles with 4WD, and kept the other 2 vehicles in the overflow parking by the pool since the terrain is very steep. Overall, our family had a great vacation and we would love to return in the future. Thank you so much for having us!

The house was nice and clean and fit the 14 of us very well with a bathroom in every bedroom, two refrigerators and two giant tables,we had plenty of room for all us and our things. The hike down to the dock was a little difficult but we had the golf cart for the people who couldn’t do it. It could only handle two or three people in it up the hills though. The slide and dock were very fun. We rented a boat from oasis which was wonderful too! A very nice place to stay and very nice owners to rent from! Thanks!

Very nice home with great view!
We had a small issue when arriving and the owner was great to get back with us quickly and correct things. Our group of 20 (8 adults, 12 children) enjoyed our stay so much. We were there in the off season so no golf cart. That would have been helpful to get the kids out and about a little more, but we just stayed close to the house. Bedrooms on the back of the house could have used room darkening curtains as it was quite bright early in the morning. Loved our stay!

Family Christmas Vacation
Our family had a great time, we had plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals.
The house was just as the pictures showed. The grandchildren had plenty of room to play while the adults were able to relax and enjoy the home and the view from the deck. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Every thing we needed. Should have brought extra towels, we did wash though. I would definitely recommend. The road is steep dirt road loose gravels.

Fantastic family vacation!
We chose Norris lake because it’s centrally located between where our families live. Skyfall was an absolutely perfect place to accommodate all 15 of us, giving each couple a private room and bathroom with an extra room for the grandkids. The main living space was very open and set up so nicely. The 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers and double ovens were well-utilized and appreciated for a group our size. The hot tub was very enjoyable in the evenings after the kiddos were tucked in bed. The fire pit made for fun times making s’mores. The boat dock and pool provided hours of family fun for all! The distance between the house and boat dock was quite a hike but the golf cart made it more accessible. We really enjoyed many boat rides scouting out the lake and were so glad to have a great place to dock our boat. Also, the house is in great proximity to the jumping bridge for those brave enough to jump! We had a fantastic week together and plan to return!

Great Stay
Property is very nice, clean and well equipped. Walk to the dock is pretty long and steep. The gator needs some serious maintenance as the parking brake does not hold at all. This was a bit of a concern as we had to heavily chock the tires to get it to stay in place. I can see how keeping up with the maintenance on a gator is a challenge with a bunch of people using it that probably dont know what they are doing, but it is a necessity for getting coolers and gear to and from the dock. Only other complaint is that the parking is pretty limited and the path to the house is pretty challenging, luckily we have a 4WD truck but I wouldn't suggest going past the pool / overflow parking if you dont have a 4WD vehicle. Overall good stay, owner responded to communications in a timely manner and was very friendly. Only other comment that doesnt reflect on this property specifically is that I would think with how much the Lakeside Estates community has grown over the years the HOA would start to make some upgrades to the paths and boat ramp.

The view was amazing! The house had many amenities that were great for a large group including an icemaker, two refrigerators, two dryers, etc. The only small downside to the property was the distance from the house to the dock. The gator could only carry two or maybe three people at a time and the walk was pretty brutal on the way back to the house. The dock was amazing with plenty of space to hang out. The slide was great and the cove where the dock is was nice and peaceful. Great place overall!

Great memories made at Skyfall
Great place to celebrate my 70th birthday with my 4 kids, their spouse, and my 5 grandchildren. The home was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the lake. Perfect location for the dock - in a quiet cove so the kids could swim freely and enjoy the slide on the upper level of the dock. Close to the marina. The trip to the dock was good for the kids and grands, but I was glad to have the use of the gator. Most importantly, the owner is extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Fantastic memories created.
