Au moment où vous descendez l'allée sinueuse et boisée, vous vous retrouverez complètement entouré d'arbres sans voisin en vue lors de cette escapade de 5 acres! Ce ranch de 3 chambres dispose d'une piscine creusée chauffée (ouverte de mai à octobre !!!) et tout nouveau spa (été 2017), petit étang avec fontaine et magnifiques jardins autour de la maison. Détendez-vous à tout moment dans le porche grillagé avec ventilateur de plafond, parfait pour une nuit pluvieuse. La table à manger peut accueillir 12 personnes et la cuisine est assez grande pour plusieurs cuisiniers à la fois. Nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec câble, WiFi et vaste collection de DVD. Deux foyers sont ancrés à chaque extrémité de la maison, un dans la cuisine et l'autre dans la chambre principale. La chambre 1 dispose d'un lit queen-size, la chambre 2 a des lits superposés (jumeaux sur pleine) et un lit gigogne parfait pour 3 ou 4 enfants. Le maître possède un lit king size, salle de bain complète et foyer au bois. Près de Cherry Beach (20 minutes à pied / 5 minutes en voiture), des magasins, des caves et des restaurants, cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade en famille!

This place was perfect. From reservation to check-in, the communication was excellent and very much appreciated. The outdoor pool is just the right size. The 10 and 13-year-old kids traveling with us. We could walk to the beach, quick easy drive to Three Oaks, New Buffalo, and more. Wifi was strong and allowed me to work remotely without issue - even on Zoom calls. Highly recommend.

This is the best rental house we've stayed at in the New Buffalo area. The house is clean, beautiful and well appointed. Hosts are easy to contact and very friendly. The property is gorgeous. Huge piece of land with woods, pond, grass and a fantastic pool. Very quiet and private. Just loved it.

My dogs and I were looking to get away from the city and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The property is so secluded. Just the drive up the driveway is breathtaking. The backyard was so much fun for my pups to run around in. We even saw a deer running through the woods on the last morning.
The home itself is so warm and cozy with 2 fireplaces, one in the master, which I took full advantage of. The kitchen has everything you need. The layout is excellent with doors going to the back yard basically from every room in the back of the house.
Owners were very accommodating as I needed to shift my days up due to a surgery. They were quick to respond and so easy to work with.
I highly recommend the Sawyer Garden Center. It’s a grocery store, garden center, wine shop, apothecary, gift shop all in one.
It’s certainly my favorite property I’ve stayed in Michigan! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Second year at beautiful & peaceful Third Coast Ranch. The serene and spacious yard, the relaxing pool & hot tub, and the home’s lovely decor all make for a fantastic stay. The owners are wonderful people and communicate so well. We will be back next year!

Wonderul Private Retreat
Overall we had a wonderful experience. The house and property are beautiful and well appointed. The pool was perfect for our family, the hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with, and we were able to bring the family dog. Our stay went by way too fast. We definitely recommend Third Coast Ranch.

Home in the woods
From start to finish, this was a great spot. Communication with owners was seamless. House exceeded expectations. The generosity on the part of owners including basic household items (detergent, coffee, soap, shampoo) really makes a huge difference. The pool is great and the home is cozy and incredibly functional. I hope we are welcome to stay again!

Wonderful Getaway
My family and I just returned from our stay at this property and I will start by saying that the property owners have thought of everything. No detail was missed. Of note - the espresso machine was loved by everyone in our family.
The outdoor area is amazing. The property is literally in the woods though, so be sure to bring bug spray. The pool is well taken care of, but the leaves do get in it pretty easily. It is heated to 80 degrees.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and the property was really nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

The property was wonderful, especially the pool. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The house was stocked very nice in the kitchen for us to cook at home. We would stay here again.

Just want our family needed
We could not have planned for a better vacation. The spot was just what our family wanted. Plenty to do when you wanted something to do and all the relaxation you could want. Such a peaceful and private place and plenty of room to spread out.
The hosts were fantastic and responsive. The kids are already asking when we are going back.

The home was wonderful and the hosts were as well. It was a treat to stay on such a lovely property surrounded by nature and all of the beautiful fall colors. From the welcoming bottle of wine to the fire pit in the back yard, each detail made for a great family holiday. The location is easy to manage for all of the nice back towns in the area.
PS. The coffee area they had set up was the best we have seen in the many home we have chosen for vacation.

The perfect getaway from Chicago
The house and pool were a perfect getaway for us. It was so quiet and peaceful yet minutes away from the beach, restaurants and many outdoor activities. Almost all restaurants have outdoor seating and we were able to go for breakfast then the beach or hiking, lunch, pool, nap, pool, dinner, repeat. It was great! The house is very comfortable with everything available for the guests use. They have tons of pool toys. The property is really pretty with wild flowers and a large pond. We look forward to return in the summer.

A lovely house nestled in the woods of Three Oaks. A good sized pool great for kids and having fun, together with a fire pit and hot tub. Cherry Beach was fantastic and one of the best beaches I have been to in the US - a mile from the house. We will go back next year!

The screened-in porch comes in handy for buggy nights. The location is very private but also close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The big kids (4 and 7) loved the bunk room, the baby stayed in the guest room, and we all enjoyed the pool every day (watching the butterflies all around the pool was a real highlight!). We ate most meals at home, and the kitchen and grill were great. We loved the location…secluded/private, but not remote. Easy access to Cherry Beach (the best in the area), restaurants, Sawyer, and bakeries. And Erin and Adam were amazing hosts. We cannot wait to return.

Fabulous Stay at Third Coast Ranch
Wow! My family cannot say enough about our stay at Third Coast Ranch. The beautifully decorated home, the lovely woods and grounds, and the relaxing pool & hot tub are all pretty tough to beat. Probably the best VRBO stay we have ever had and there have been many great ones. Erin and Adam have provided everything you would ever need for a great stay-even all the smores items for the backyard fire pit. We are hoping to rent again for a longer time period next summer and doesn't that says it all? Excellent 5-Star stay.

Magical!
Erin and Adam’s home is magical. We (family of 5 with 2 adults, 2 teen boys , a tween boy, plus a pup) were enchanted with the home, the property, the pool, all of it. Close enough to town but because of the trees and long drive way we felt secluded (which is what we wanted)
and enjoyed the frolicking deer, hummingbirds, and the bullfrogs doing their thing in the pond. Erin and Adam are super responsive. We cannot recommend their place highly enough, and can’t wait to return! Thank you !

Beautiful and tranquil property
This is an absolutely beautiful home on breathtaking grounds. The photos are nice but the house is even more beautiful in person. I read the reviews and everyone said the kitchen and pantry was well equipped but I didn’t fully comprehend it. It really has everything you need and more. Whatever you are thinking about bringing, for the “just in case” scenario , just don’t. It’s already stocked. The house was impeccably cleaned and super comfortable. The Tesla charger was a great convenience for any Tesla owners. Also, the owners are super nice and responsive. The highlight of the property for me was the pool and backyard. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature for long days enjoying the beautiful outdoors. And a nice surprise was the hammock that was super comfortable for a nap or reading a book. I highly recommend this property and I can’t wait to go back for another visit.

Gorgeous, Serene Family Fun
At one point during my stay, while the kids slept peacefully in the wondrous bunk room under a painted starry sky, I looked up from the steaming hot tub through the perfectly twinkling patio lights to count the hundreds of stars in the dark night sky, and sank into the deepest relaxation in many trips. The reviews are all right on: the property is gorgeously appointed, serene and secluded (save for the visiting deer), fully stocked with everything an aspiring chef, dinner party host, or spa afficiando could want, and yet somehow so fun and full of adventure (both on the property and along the nearby beaches and state parks) that your kids won't want to leave! Erin and Adam are elite-level hosts, quick to respond to requests and questions, ready with a book of up-to-the-minute recommendations, entertainment options for adults and children alike, and clearly interested in providing an unparalleled experience for their guests. Thank you so much for an incredible week, we hope to be back when it's warmer to swim in that amazing looking pool!

Everything you want in a family getaway!
This is the perfect place to unwind and relax with friends or family. The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well equipped for aspiring chefs, as well as young children. I've never slept better at a rental property, The beds were comfy and the surrounding forest was quiet and picturesque. Loved swinging in the hammock, soaking in the hot tub after a visit to Warren Dunes, and curling up by the fire while listening to records. Erin and Adam were wonderful hosts, answering all our questions promptly and making me feel so special by leaving a surprise for my birthday. Can't wait to go back!

We cannot say enough awesome things about our stay. A much needed get away for our family routine in Chicago. We were able to do our virtual work, do school work and play while in the comfortable surroundings of this beautiful property. We made our meals in the well stocked kitchen and ordered yummy pizza for our family movie/game night. The board games are stocked and we had so much fun playing charades. We felt SO at home. The snow shoes and the sled were a special treat during our stay. The hot tub was an even bigger amazing treat that helped us relax and enjoy!!! An extra special thank you to the hosts- this mama and family NEEDED this past weekend!
