To like there was just location, nothing else

No towels, no clean bed sheet, everywhere there was dust. Not pleasent stay. No fascility. Only bed to sleep.

They asked for extra payment for the stay. Double amount apart from my booked amount. Booking.com also not responded to my complaint.

Had to pay more than booking amount as owner refused to give room in booking amount. Disappointed with this.

Uncomfortable mattresses . Even after repeated requests no solution was provided

This was the worst stay I ever booked in my life. No facilities, No Hygiene and No hospitality over all. Room was very small which is understandable but it was so dirty that it felt like it was never cleaned up. The bedsheet and Blanket were dirty and I had itchy rashes all over my body just by sleeping in them for a night. Bathroom had dust spots everywhere and the drain blocked after I took a Shower. It was completely filled by water which took a while to release. They don't even provide thr little soap bar to wash hands in the bathroom. AC was working but was an old one. I had to adjust temperature by pressing buttons on the AC itself as there was no remote. Also, it was making very loud and doing minimal cooling in the process. The bottle of Bisleri which was in the room was already open. Not sure if it was left by some guest and never removed from the room. It was a horrible experience and I will never ever suggest anyone to stay at this property.
