The property is amazing, so clean and we always love the log fire in the rooms in the evening. Dinner & Breakfast were excellent. listening to the sound of Thompon Falls while in the rooms was an unforgettable experience for my family.

The water in the swimming pool was cold - informed this is on solar so the morning is not an ideal time to swim. The sauna/steam room were not functioning as they are on a timer to start at 17:00hrs.

The heated pool needs to be warmer. It wasn't ice cold but it wasn't comfortable swimming in it, especially for the kids. Pool area is also quite dark, consider having a retractable roof panel that is brighter/lighter to bring in some light. Tiles around the pool are quite slippery when wet, I'd suggest put tiles with some roughness, to reduce the risk of falling.

Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful buffet. Best omlette I've ever had. The yogurt and cereals and all of the potential toppings were great too if you are looking for healthier options.

Everything was great. More people should visit the hotel...but also happy it is a bit of a hidden secret. Lots of charm. Wonderful clean rooms with hot water bottles.

Large comfortable room with a nice view of the grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff and a delicious Valentine's Day meal in the restaurant. Liked the hot water bottles in the bed, if it had been colder we would have enjoyed having the fire lit in our room. Excellent value for money

The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The rooms is clean and spacious and the breakfast was well presented and delicious. Oh, and there is no being rushed to check out as long as you make a request for adjustment.

The fact that the room did not have a bath tab.

Everyone who works here is super nice, helpful, and friendly. The facilities are great. Good options and variety at the restaurant. The cottages are spacious and comfortable and the natural surroundings are beautiful.

Hard to find any complaints. I suppose the price is a bit high for the area, but it matches the quality. The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable but wasn't bad.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. This was the second time that my family and I stayed in the resort and had an exceptional experience all over again. Walking next to the beautiful peacocks on the property grounds was the icing!

The shower drainage can be improved, and perhaps construct the step a little higher. That way the water from the shower does not flow to the rest of the bathroom. Everything else was spectacular!

Comfortable and clean rooms with fireplace. Excellent location - quiet and peaceful.

Selection of meals could be wider.
