fabulous property that accommodated 7 of us with ease. Front room was spacious and a great space.
nothing major at all. All good, bar we couldn’t get the heating off in one of the bedrooms!

Great location to explore Margate on foot. Parking for 2 small cars. Comfortable beds. Friendly responses from hosts who dealt with issues quickly. Warm.
House was not fully clean. Shower temperature went from hot to cold. Some maintenance issues.

spacious and mostly clean.
There wasn’t any First aid box and the carpets on entry were dirty. The rugs were not secure and were a trip hazard

Excellent stay, well worth it.
This was booked for my engineers, they said that this would be their preferred accommodation on all projects from now on. Wish this could be said for the others we have booked in the past.
This is a wonderful house, keep up the great work you are doing....

Exactly like the pictures!
Was a perfect getaway for the weekend, the house was chic and was perfectly set up for a rental.
Two of the kitchen hobs were not working but it wasn’t too much of a problem.

the decor was fun, the bedrooms were comfortable with lots of bathrooms, we really enjoyed our stay here.
the dining and sitting area has too few chairs. the sofa is comfortable, the chaise for about half an hour, it is hard to spend an evening in eating and relaxing without more comfy seating or table chairs.

Poor lighting in kitchen once darkness fell. No artificial ventilation in kitchen. No oven gloves, 2 burners on hob would not stay lit. No fire blanket in kitchen, or extinguishers anywhere. Potential fire trap for this appartment on top 3 floors of 5 storey house with one staircase. Electrics in lounge relied on extension cable attached to another extension cable. Doors from lounge to balcony were draughty as difficult to firmly secure due to corrosion of fittings in this maritime environment.
Really comfy beds. Quiet location despite it being in heart of town and within easy walk of sea front. Parking for 2 medium size cars( 2 large cars might struggle). Well thought out decor although very niche taste in furniture and fittings.

Perfect home away from home in sunny Margate, spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and excellent communication with host. The location is ideal for a short stroll to restaurants and beach, will definitely be recommending!

How relaxed the house felt and location couldn't of been better.
Booked for 9 people. Fantastic location, beautiful house with everything we needed, we all had a wonderful time and our host was friendly and contactable. We will definately book again if dates allow.

The location was great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
A decent enough property, but not value for money. It has seen better days as was worn and shabby
Advertises to sleep 10 people, but even our group of 6 could not sit together in the living room in a comfort nor eat together on the dinning table.
Not all the bedrooms had somewhere to hang your clothes, I had to climb over my bed to get to the area where my clothes hung, whereas my friend had nowhere to hang her clothes.
The bedrooms could also benefit with bedside table, working bedside lamp, full length mirror and a comfortable chair.
The house could benefit with the owners staying there for a few days with at least 5 of their friends to get a feel what their guest experience staying in the property and make adjustments to the property accordingly

This property was amazing. We were in a large group with 2 kids and we felt so comfortable! The house was so clean! Smelt lovely! We liked the idea of the house being a shoe free house so it felt extra clean! The beds were comfy.. the bathrooms were clean and there was a total of 4! Which was great!
The decor was so lovely! From the light colours to the wall decor- it felt lovely and you could feel that love was put into the house when decorating!
Finally, I would like to thank our lovely host- who was accommodating and the communication was great!

Location was not the best but perfectly acceptable Plenty of china cutlery etc. Nice touch to have large bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc and loved all the light fittings. Everydhing was good quality
Did not know to go round back. Taking shoes off on stairs was awkward but manageable TV was not easy to work

The beds were all super comfy. Great number of bathrooms. Lovely decor.
Hallway (as you enter front door) smells very musty. Could do with another sofa in lounge instead of day bed. Not really enough places for a group of 6 to “lounge”.

Central location. Comfy beds.
It's a five double bed house but only has seating for six eating or a few on the sofa (6 max). Nice and Central and a lovely place but we felt it was slightly more expensive than it should have been.
Host were really helpful on email and couldn't recommend them enough.
