Good breakfast. Nice hot showers and excellent customer service. Help when our luggage was lost and flexibility when our arrival was delayed. Good value for money.

We had a good night's rest in the comfy bed. Even though we arrived after the check-in time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Peaceful, comfortable place with a good breakfast included.

Noisy, parties in the weekend next door. Staff is not very enthusiastic and it takes a loooong time to get breakfast or even just a coffee.

It was a great place to stay, everything in Walking distance. The rooms had everything and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The staff leaves at four which was not mentioned before booking.

Our room was very comfortable with plenty of towels and hot water.

issue with original booking on day of arrival in Windhoek: they did not have a room for us on the day we booked. they said it was abooking.com issue. Management was very helpful and found us another guesthouse around the corner, which they took us too as we had no car. When we rebooked for our last day in Namibia, we could not get into the property because of the locked sliding gate. No one responded to the intercom and we did not have phone capability. We decided to take our car rental back - with all our stuff - and when we returned to APS in a taxi an hour later with all our luggage, there was still no one there to open up - in spite of a phone call to let them know we needed to get in. We waited on the street for well over an hour, so we were not very happy. Also, there was a ripped pillow case and a blood stain on the pillow case, which was not very nice. Every thing else was very clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately they don't have 24 hours reception. After 7PM nobody at the property up to 7AM.

Guest house was close to the airport, staff friendly and assisted with airport transportation next day.

Our room had no window, only a siding door, we had to sleep with air-conditioner on to allow or airflow. The air-con seems to reset during the night, had to reset a few times through the night. The shower has no door, and this resulted in flooding the bathroom. We looked forward on using the swimming pool, but when arrived it was not clean. From the website it is misleading that the coffee shop transformed to a restaurant for dinner, all staff left at 16:00 and no bar or restaurant. We had to walk to find a restaurant close by as we already handed back our rental car.
