Flexible shower head in en suite was full of ants, was covered in ants when turned the shower on. Pool was not heated so didnt use it once as it was too cold in the 24/25 degree weather. Too far to walk to hastings with a young family. Not ideal for crawling babies, lots of steps everywhere and no area to section them off safely.

Separate living and sleeping areas for different guests. Amazing main bedroom and deck which had views from every angle.

Minimal entertaining platters, kitchenware including only 3 glasses. Also requires more oven dishes for baking etc. Pool could have been heated. for a property at this level, we expected a heated pool.

Beautiful home, everything you need, pool, close to popular attractions and the beach!

Beautiful property- excellent for families- we stayed with another family both of us had two kids and we loved it. Bit far from beach and Hastings but property was perfect for our needs.
